Not the first time I have had this issue- my simple order of a large hot macchiato, Vanilla swirl, whole milk does not get Listened to Because the person taking the oder is pushing buttons instead of listening to what I am saying and the result is saying the same order a minimum of two times. To be proactive with this today I asked the person taking the order to please listen to the order before she started pushing buttons. She ignored that, and of course asked me to repeat the whole order again. When I mentioned this is why I asked you to listen, the incredibly rude and aggressive manager walked over screaming at me that it is wrong for me to approach his employee in that manner. Completely ignoring the fact that he is screaming at me telling me I'm wrong without even knowing the facts of what happened, and ignorantly making an issue of something that he himself is doing right at that moment. An exceptionally poor example of customer service. I will be contacting Dunkin ownership of this location to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, they have lost a customer. Read moreI live right down the street from this location and we order from dunkin' donuts at least 10 times a week. dislocation without a doubt is the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. we sat in the drive-through on our most recent visit for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were in the line we drove around the front to go in and saw there was only one car in the parking lot and they were only two cars in the drive-through counting us with two people working inside. they couldn't speak proper English they were rude ignoring us completely for the first few minutes we were even in the line it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had while simply ordering a coffee. by the time we had waited 10 minutes we saw no reason to go to another location but we probably should have. needless to say this is my last visit to this...

She blamed the cashier but i seen the cashier go up to her and gave her instructions in how to make my wrap and she still tried to blame the other co workers.
