Wendy's — Restaurant in Revere

Was picking up an Uber Eats delivery here and the treatment is deplorable. I get they were low staffed but I was an MIT for Wendy’s before, and most restaurants don’t care about low staff, if two people are there then you open and you work with a decent attitude. They didn’t have my order on the shelf and wouldn’t remake it so I had to notify the customer that someone may have taken the order so they’d have to call the store directly. The cashier and the “manager” are both Hispanic women. I don’t understand why they were working the front when most of my communication to both of them involved me reading nonverbal queues. Along with getting dismissive attitudes! A second driver came in and was having conversation in Spanish with the manager and got TWO orders that weren’t on the shelf. I interjected to say I hadn’t received mine and the manager looked at me and turned her head back to the man and kept talking. Then she proceeded to cash out a drawer and walked to the back. The cashier also ignored me. These companies just hire people while wearing a blind fold. And stop hiring your friends and family and people you feel sorry for. They take a check home every week and come right back to work and disrespect customers ON TOP OF not doing their job correctly. Stop...

I never do reviews and I love this Wendy's location, but today was the worse service. I went through drive through and was ordering like I always do right. The girl who is taking my order starts correcting me saying what I was asking for was not a plain and cut me off. I try to verify my order and ask her if it was just lettuce and tomatoes and onions because it was not seen on the screen. Then she goes it's already on there , with a rude tone she had been speaking to me in the whole time. So I'm like okay because I just want my food fast and I usually don't yell at the people who make your food they could have tried to poison me. Then I pull up and it's this white chubby brunette girl looking like life is hard, usually I would take this up with the manager but it was 12:43 in the morning and I was tired. So I finally get my food I drive off and get home cuz I don't live too far from there I open my bag and there is pickles and ketchup in my burger. The burger I asked for plain that she said was not plain. If she had not cut me off and was not being rude and actually listen to me she would have known what I actually ordered. I'm really disappointed because I come here all the time and it's always great service, either they need to train her correctly or...

Went through the drive through around 11:40pm on 3/6. Ordered the new mushroom burger only, total was $5.56. I gave the lady $6.06 and she proceeded to give me no change or receipt and distract me with weather talk. I let it go cause it could have been an honest mistake, though these things rarely are.

The reason i posted this is because the burger was god awful. There was mystery oil all over the bun, like theyre going for a midwestern culvers butter burger or something. It made me ill - i spit out half the burger and struggled in the parking lot not to vomit. Ive never had this reaction from fast food before, and ive hit everything from mcdicks to soggy white castle. Something was just wrong with the burger. Probably the mystery oil slathered on the bun.
