My brother and I felt like giving this place a try tonight so we ordered on the app and paid for the food. We expected a wait time. But AN HOUR?? We placed the order at 6:28pm and the app said that even though we ordered "asap", it wouldn't be ready till 7:30pm. Well, we were disappointed but didn't quite give up hope. Anyways, 7:15pm comes along and we go inside to check and see what the progress is. They have a TV set-up where you can see who's food is cooking and who's food is done. Let me tell you, we were slightly concerned when we found that we weren't even on the 'cooking' list. We wait it out another 15 minutes, go back and check and we still aren't on either list. I am beyond disappointed and starving. So I go in and ask for a refund. I realize it's opening week but are you serious right now guys. There were at least 5-10 people in the kitchen. I just don't know what they were doing. I will absolutely NOT return here. Ever. Not worth it at all. I'm so disappointed, I had such high hopes for this place. Ordered something at night for me and my coworkers thinking they were open until 2 and I had a few hours before they closed, they closed early that day, and the delivery looked like it was going to be right before they closed, it ended up getting scheduled for the next day I tried to cancel the order as soon as I made it, once I realized that they where closing sooner than I thought but there is not way to cancel online orders through the website I called the store with in minutes of them opening the next day to try and cancel my order. They said that they couldn't cancel it or do anything to help because they use a 3rd party delivery service (they use door dash if you order from the store) and they had already sent it out. When I got the food it had clearly had not been refrigerated and was left in a warmer overnight and had spoiled. Placed an online order well over an hour prior to my 8:00 to 8:10 pick up window that was in their app. Called and was told at 8:12 that my food would be done at 8:45 at the soonest. Wasted my time. This place is a joke. Employee on the phone said my order was already in line to be cooked, so I wouldn’t be able to cancel (but don’t worry, there is still another 25 to 30 minutes until it’s done) until I pushed back and said I wouldn’t wait another 25 to 30 minutes past my guaranteed ready time in the app. When an order is placed and paid for to be picked up over an hour prior at a “to-go” restaurant,Al and won’t be ready until 45 minutes after the promised ready time, what is the point.
