Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Rialto

Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever have I experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the waffle cone were hard as a rock, couldn’t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train your employees on customer service.
