Other than the price being outrageous the hamburger was really good, the lady that was taking my order was very friendly really nice lady I even talked to her a little bit more after I finished my hamburger which she was open for conversation it took probably about 5 minutes place wasn't busy at all it was actually three people in the dining room drive through seem to be more busy than the dining area I didn't pay too much attention to cleanliness I didn't notice anything that was filthy so that must have been a mess of meant that it was clean. I'll probably never go to Carl's Junior ever again because of the price increase that goes for any fast food restaurant if everyone would hold their ground and not fall for the quick service quick bite to eat all these places would start lowering their prices cuz they would either have to lower the price or go out of business if everyone was just partner up stand their ground and not go to fast food no more until they lower the prices will get our way but that's hard to do with people today or not united we stand for what we want and do what we want when we wantbut if everyone is happy with the price increase hallelujah continue to give him your money as for me I rather just make the hamburger myself God...

I work in the restaurant business and I am tired of this locations bad customer service and lack of pride for their company and lack of upselling techniques or Consistently telling customers at 10:25... 10:29... 10:30 that they don't have breakfast anymore... I don't think this is a very good business practice... If I'm ordering 6 biscuits at 10:25am.... They are losing out on money... Everyday I go and get the same thing... I think it's one lazy manager the times I go and am told the (cooks) are already cleaning up. At 10:31 am.... Also when I called asking for the manager ( the girl ) told me the manager was on vacation all week. I'm like you guys don't have shift leads? She's like yeah that's me.... (Dauchy)... After giving me the corporate number she just hung up... No have a good day... Can I fix the problem... Nothing... I said have a good day but she didn't know that cuz...
