Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Rialto

I just went here. The drive-thru was probably 8 to 10 cars long so I went inside. I was the only person there and it took about 5 minutes for anyone to walk up to the counter. After the guy finally came to the counter he told me that the computer was acting weird. After a few minutes he finally took my order and when I gave him my credit card he said that they didn't take any credit card because their system was down. There were no signs anywhere and he never told me that before I ordered.

They took my card over to another system near the drive-thru and tried to run it there to no avail. I finally had the wave with no food. The manager did end up giving me a free small drink which was something I guess.

Employees there are all young and seemingly clueless. Several of them were just petting around and talking to another instead of doing anything productive. Some were not even wearing uniforms.

I’m very very disappointed!! And let me say one thing I was super excited to come to jack in the box, I usually don’t ever have a problem with jack in the box until today. I came at approximately 8:00 pm I came to get a large Oreo shake. We proceeded to the window to pay and get my shake. When we got there, thee employee messed my order and made a regular shake instead when I clearly stated I wanted a large. Which wasn’t a big deal, you know just make the large now. She made the large only she didn’t do it to her full potential, you can tell she had an attitude and when she gave me my large shake it was barely filled up. And the whip cream was BARELY there too. I went to the Jack in the Box last night for the girls that were there only one was working in the Drive-Thru giving us food she didn't even give us ketchup or buttermilk Dollar Tree girls that were there were talking they weren't even doing their job they were blabbering and I don't think that there should be too many people working in the night in the Drive-Thru if they're not going to do their job there was three older ladies I think that the Toyota is working in the serving the food they should give her a rate do the three girls I think you should fire him I didn't like the service and when I went to ask him for Search up the...
