Today I went around 330pm and I had my service dog with me. The lady at the front told me I can not have my service animal in there. She stated that I need to have some kind of proof such as a vest or paperwork for him. There is no such thing as that for service animals. We go to call them and let them know what happened and ask if they needed the food brought back or if we could just go get the missing plate and no response.
