This place USED to be a great restaurant. Today I came in and the chips were not fried throughly. They were white still and stale. The botana sauces tasted so different and honestly so bad. The green lime sauces tasted like a whole garlic and the pico de gallo sauce tasted lkke pure oregano. The ketchup my daughter put on her food was expired and was given ketchup packages after. My boyfriend ordered the Empapelado. This plate was just steamed and was bland and overcooked. The seafood was chewy and tasted like the seafood was just boiled in water. The butter sauce that was put on the side tasted like salty popcorn butter. The horchata tasted like water it isnt even prepared with cinnamon anymore like before.Worst dinning experience ever. I used to be a customer not after today.Oh and the waitress had to put her opinion everytime I called her to complain of every order that was coming in or about the ketchup that was expired. She wears glasses and this was a Tuesday ( today 10.1.19). We had to pay full price $51.16 and my boufriend didnt touch his plate but once to taste the food. My daughters food came out at the end because it had to be redone and by then we were leaving. I ate my tostada but left half of it because my whole appetite went away after every issue we had with the food. Oh and the menus were missing pages some promoted food that the other menu didn't . My overall experience at this restaurant was great. They definitely know how to make a good salsa, which they serve with a side of crispy chips and fish when you first sit down. The location tends to get very busy, but that is because of the amazing food and live entertainment they offer.

Speaking of the live entertainment, it was quite enjoyable. However, I need to give a word of caution. Once the entertainers go around to the tables, they ask for song requests. What most people don't realize is that they charge $25 for each requested song. I found this price to be quite ridiculous, but other than that, the experience was good.

The food itself was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes I ordered. The flavors were rich and the portions were generous. However, there was one downside. The restroom left much to be desired. When I first arrived, it was a bit messy and seemed unattended. This is one area that needs a lot of attention from the restaurant.

In conclusion, my overall experience at this restaurant was great due to the amazing salsa, delicious food, and entertaining live music. Just be cautious about the song requests which come with a hefty price tag, and don't forget that the restroom needs...

I did a phone order this past Sunday. I ordered 2 Shrimp w garlic. ( camarones al mojo) both flour tortillas. She repeated my order it was correct & ask for my name & phone #. She told me 20 minutes. We get there 25 minutes after the call my husband is taking long. He comes out & gives me 1 bag & tells me that they have 1 order. That he had 2 order another 1 & wait. I place the bag on the car floor & didn't accrue 2 me 2 open the bag. He comes back 25 minutes later & hanfs me the other bag. He started driving home & I tell him I can't believe they got me order wrong she repiteded it correctly. I said maybe she gave u someone else's order. I jinked it. When we get home I open the first bag it was cold & it was the wrong order & no tortillas. The other bag was correct. The wrong order was plane shrimp for 20.00 $$ .I was upset called them back to complain they never answered the phone. Never going back the cooks need to pay attention or the lady that answered the phone needs 2 write down correctly the orders.
