Whatever you do, do not go on a Saturday afternoon, actually just don't go to this location if you can avoid it. Me and my son walked in to order since I find it faster then using the drive thru, also I spent 25 minutes in my car once just to get to the ordering speaker and see a sign that say they could only make some drinks and the ones I wanted to order were not available. Needles to say I try to avoid the drive thru. Back to my story, after I said hi to whoever greeted us we walked to the register were we spent a good 5 minutes wondering if they were going to help us out, or should we leave? Maybe the register isn't working, is that person coming to help us? Wait no he turned around last second... No " we will be with you" "it'll be a minute" nothing, when the cashier/barista finally came to the register she just looked at me, it was uncomfortable. I know they were stressed out and overworked I get it customer service is not easy, I've worked at restaurants before so I know and I can see they're under staffed and tired but they should not take it out on their customers. When I arrived the store had a sign that said please pick up online orders through Drive-thru and the line was long not moving fast. 35 minutes to get my not hot coffee anymore I ordered online. Today 11-19-2020 @ 0520 I decided not to order online and just get in line in the drive-thru. When I arrive there's already a long line waiting. At 0550 it was my turn to order and nobody was in the intercom so I waited and about 5 vehicles were behind so I decided to drive up to the window and nobody was there. ย ย ย Read moreThe workers there are so rude and uneducated.. I asked for some soy milk in my iced coffee instead of whole and they said that adding milk would make it a latte. Ok. First of all I go to another Starbucks everyday and get that and sometimes they charge me $.60, sometimes they don't. I don't mind the $.60, but they turned my $2 drink into a $4.75 drink just because I wanted some different milk. Then the guy kept rudely telling me it's called a latte as if I were a child. I know the different between a f*@^&$@ latte and an iced coffee. Another time they forgot sweetener, which is understandable, I just went in and asked if they could put some in because I could clearly taste that there wasn't any in there and when I went in and asked they girl sighed super loud and tried to ring me up for $.50... so I just walked out with my drink.
