July 18th, 12:00p: The gal behind the counter was wonderful friendly. I was greeted as I arrived at the counter. The dining area was clean, though that's probably a given across the board due to the pandemic. The young lady who took my order was kind and efficient, and patient to boot. I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes, and true to their word, it was waiting for me when I came in 15 minutes later.
I had a slight grumpy moment that I must accept partial responsibility for. I knew I ordered a bottle of Lemonade from them, and while my food was ready, the bottle was not. It was a little silly of me to think they'd put the bottle in the paper bag with my food, but that thought crossed my mind as I hopped into my car and drove away.
I ended up turning around as I got close to home when I realized that I didn't have the lemonade.
I showed up at the door with receipt in tow. When came my turn at the counter, I raised the receipt rather tersely, and said, "Lemonade, please."
There was a slight moment of confusion when the young lady realized what happened. She quickly gave me the lemonade and politely slid it across the counter. I took it and left.
The folks behind the counter likely get a bunch of folks like me to varying degrees. I was -terse-, but as polite as one could be for the slight inconvenience. But when I look back on it, for them to put cold lemonade out on a counter to wait for me to pick it up would probably be wasteful on their part--especially if they didn't know if I'd be back after the prescribed wait time.
I recommend a sticker of some kind-- a quick visual that says, "this customer has a drink item! Don't forget to give it to them!". But that's procedure, and I'm sure they have one. They did their job, the food was good, the service was great, and it just takes a moment for me, the customer, to make sure I got what I wanted.

Read moreWe usually order at this location when visiting from out of state and generally it’s okay. It’s not as great as other Wingstop’s we’ve been to around the country but it’s been the best in this area of California. Except for today. We ordered 12 mild buffalo wings with 3 lemon pepper dry rub, large side of fries with 2 drinks. The only thing that was correct about our order was the drinks and those were filled by my husband. They gave us 13 buffalo and 2 lemon pepper and even then, they placed the lemon pepper under the buffalo and they were swimming in buffalo sauce. Out of the 100s of times that we’ve ordered wings from Wing Stop, they’ve always wrapped the dry rub separately from the buffalo wings. The large fry hardly had any fries in it and they were very lightly seasoned if you can even call them seasoned at all. They are plain cold fries. And not that it’s a huge deal but definitely frustrating, they gave us all flats and no drumsticks. The drumsticks are my favorite. When my husband called, they wanted us to drive 30 minutes back to the store to show them proof. The manager had a ton of attitude and refused to do anything. This is not and never has been Wingstops policy. Stephanie needs some training on customer service and is definitely not ready for a management role. I am going to go and review all the great Wingstops we’ve been to before because they have gone above and beyond anytime an order was wrong but generally our regular Wingstops are great to begin with. This one is definitely lacking and...
Read moreWingstop in Rialto offers a variety of chicken wings and sides - perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. This American International Chain lives up to its reputation, providing a laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to dig in and enjoy. While cleanliness might not be their top priority (expect to see remnants of previous diners), the focus is clearly on the food.
And the food delivers! The wings are the undisputed star of the show, available in both classic and boneless varieties. The flavor selection is extensive, promising something for everyone. My personal experience with the garlic parmesan wings was a resounding success – they were bursting with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The chicken tenders are another highlight, boasting a delightful crispy exterior and a juicy interior. Don't skip the fries either, they're the ideal crispy and golden companion to the wings.
Budget-wise, expect to spend between $20 and $30 for a fulfilling meal, a price point that feels quite fair for the portion sizes and quality. Service is adequate; not particularly memorable, but friendly and welcoming enough.
Overall, Wingstop in Rialto is a great option for those seeking a casual, no-fuss dining experience focused on delicious wings and comfort food classics. If you're looking for a place to unwind, indulge in flavorful wings, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with friends, Wingstop is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a potentially less-than-spotless environment and you'll be set for a tasty and...
