Arby's — Restaurant in Rice Lake

Visit this location often as only 15 miles from our home. Stopped today on our way to family celebration and was beyond impressed with the speed and service!

They had easily 5-7 groups waiting for orders to be taken inside along with a long drive thru line. Appeared to have a newer employee taking orders at register with an assistant manager who was totally rocking multi tasking of helping her, managing orders for both inside and drive-thru, and the kitchen. Properly staffed for holiday weekend and all were polite and friendly.

Had the pecan chicken salad minus the bread, beef & cheddar, turkey & cheddar, and of course curly fries!

Food was delicious and even being as busy as they were graciously accommodated modifies requests due to some dietary restrictions we had.

I'm writing this review as only a means to let customers about the lack of preventative measures taken here due to Covid-19. There are few, if any, measures in place at this store to prevent transmission.

At the drive-thru I was greeted by a friendly worker with no mask or gloves, and looking past him not a single employee was wearing a mask. If they were it was hung below the chin. What is the point of closing the dining area if the workers themselves aren't following guidelines themselves to help prevent transmission between themselves or guests eating there?

The customer service is and always has been good here over the years, but this is a complete failure of management to address what is a very important concern over the safety of its staff and...

Absolutely horrible customer service. We came through drive at 7 pm and the girl at drive treated us like an inconvenience at the speaker. Once we got to the window she was just standing there eating and after a few minutes she came to cash us out while still chewing food. The person I was with got a large combo meal and asked for a water with it and we got the smallest cup of water I've ever seen. We had to pull forward and wait for our food and once we got it, it was the wrong fries. Luckily the girl we talked to the second time around was very nice and friendly and quickly solved the problem. I'm 90% sure the first girl that we had the issues with was named Julie.
