The last time we went there, and a few times before.. I've noticed they use the inside drive thru screen when we have to order on the outside.. so it makes it very hard to see the screen if you don't have glasses to see that far away.. so I asked about it.. and they said they CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I mentioned parking a vehicle in the drive thru, (had to do that at an old gas station pump we didn't want anyone using) and he said WE CANT DO THAT and slammed the window shut on me.. so I pulled to the next window. Where they forgot my drink.. where I didn't want hardly any ice... and I mentioned this... and they still tried giving me a lot of ice, and I said I understand you only wanting to give me like 1.5 inches of product in the cup. But the customer is supposed to be right, and the other guy in there was wanting to redo it with even MORE ice.. and less liquid. So I said now I don't want any ice at all, and I'll call corporate.. you guys are being ridiculous. The bigger guy in the second drive thru was trying to tell the younger kid, you neeed to do it this way! And he was trying to be respectful to me, but the other guy was being rude. So this was by far the worst experience I've had. Just like my other experiences where I ask for no middle bun on my big Mac, and they manage to not sub a sesame bun and put it in a pancake container... like?? Read moreI stopped in tonight (4/5) around 9:05pm for a bite to eat after playing a game at the local curling club. Not sure who was working the drive through that late, but she was rude. I had ordered at the Kiosk a number 1 and was never told my total, asked if I wanted anything else, never even told welcome. Just told to pull up to window 2 after i had ordered. When I got up there, I asked to add a 10 piece nugget to my order and she rolled her eyes and sorta shook her head. There was no one behind me and it didn't seem like there was anyone inside either when I drove through, otherwise I wouldn't have asked. I never was even asked if I wanted any sauce. When the food came out, it was pretty hot, so can't complain about that. What I will complain about was the same person hardly opened the window to hand me the food, didn't say thanks or have a good night....nothing at all. Still wasn't even asked if I wanted any sauce. I drove off with the food and went home. I understand if your short staffed or had worked a long day, I feel bad for the people that have to work short or long hours. Read moreLazy with bad attitudes! My recommendation is to avoid McDonald’s in Rice Lake,Wi. Horrible experience at this place. There’s no good customer service whatsoever. I don’t frequent McDonald’s all that often, but my kitchen is down with renovations at this time. Went through the drive-through to grab a quick breakfast. I asked for scrambled eggs and a sausage. I was handed an egg hockey puck and the sausage. When I questioned it, I got attitude. The manager came by and grabbed the bag, again with attitude, no apologies. We were told to pull up and wait for it and they would bring it out. It’s seem to be taking an excessively long time so I started to walk in when it was walking out. When I asked what the long wait was I got an attitude well do you want to just talk to my manager? So I said yes. I asked the manager the same thing again,I got no apologies just attitude from everybody in that place. At this point I’m kind of glad I don’t frequent McDonald’s. But this would be the last McDonald’s I’d ever walk into ever again. The manager needs to get some managerial skills...
