Absolutely disgusted by my experience this morning! This is also the second time this has happened. We get up to the speaker and the manager already has a big nasty attitude and shouts âI CAN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER, THERE IS ONLY TWO PEOPLE, THERE NEEDS TO BE THREE TO START THE GRILLSâ! Obviously, itâs no big deal and it happens, people call in, but itâs the fact she had a nasty attitude and continued with it. We explained that we had a mobile order and she said âWELL, PULL UP TO THE WINDOW IâLL SEE WHAT I CAN DOâ. At this point we told her that we had to get to work and asked her how this could be handled, and she explained that the order would be refunded if we donât pick up in 2 hours, mind you we never confirmed we wanted a refund, we just wanted to know are options since we couldnât wait. So we pull up to the window to grab our receipts if we ended up coming back (we were picking up for 3 people) and she shouts in the speaker to another customer and says âI SAID WE ARENâT TAKING ORDERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO COME IN AND HELPâ! At this point, it is just plain disrespectful. I understand that it is hard and stressful when you are short staffed but to take it out on customers when they first pull up to the window is very unprofessional and rude! About 15 minutes later we called to see if they had the third person working to start the order, she lied straight to my face on the phone saying âThe food was ready but you guys drove away, so we tossed it outâ this was after she told use at the speaker that she couldnât start the grills because there werenât enough peopleâ and then we drove back up there and go straight to the window and, she pulls out a box with all three orders, again lying cause she never âtossed them outâ as she stated on the phone.    Read moreThis McDonald's really needs to be bigger for the amount of customers it serves. They have a two lane drive thru and inside seating and it took close to 15 minutes to get our food, because it was so busy. When you are on the road and it's past 7pm you kind of expect service to be quicker. That being said, the staff that we talked to was very nice and cheerful despite all the chaos which was great to see! I wouldn't have blamed them if they were not cheerful. That was really the best thing about this visit. The food was good, but, when we went back to our vehicle (we ordered inside) to get on the road, my boyfriend noticed he did not have his Nuggets... From his 10pc meal. Just fries and a drink. Thankfully, when he went back in they had the food, but forgot to put it in the bag. I wouldn't not go here again, but I would allot for a longer time frame when stopping. My hope is that they will make this McDonald's larger, or at least hire more people to work it. Maybe they could increase hourly wages to make this happen so service could go smoothly for the customers. Last note: when you order inside you have to use the kiosk. They do not have staff members to place the order. But you do have the option to pay with cash at the kiosk, so I imagine when you select that a staff member would come from the back to accept your payment that way.    Read moreI can't remember a time within the past year that we received everything we ordered unless we check the bag and correct it on the spot (always require corrections). Today made me finally write a review. This morning we went through drive-up to get breakfast and ordered 1 sausage biscuit with egg and 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins. We looked in the bag to confirm and there was the right amount of sandwiches, but we made the mistake of not opening each one until we got home. Got home and the sausage biscuit with egg was a biscuit with 2 pieces of sausage in it and that's it. No egg. And the three sausage egg mcmuffins were bacon egg and cheese mcmuffins. The only items they got correct were the 3 hash browns. I wouldn't go to this length to call this store out, but they continually screw up orders and there needs to be some quality control going forward. I don't care if it takes longer, they need to check each and every bag before it is sent out. We recently heard about someone who went there and got home and there was no meet in their burger...just cheese. People in drive-up are well on their way before they find out they didn't get what they ordered and PAID FOR. Sadly, the other McDonalds in St. Cloud, MN on highway 10 is the same way.
