Harold's Timeout Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Rich Township

I never got a chance to order. It’s very unprofessional to have your time of business opening at a specific time and you’re not ready to serve but you tell a customer you need additional time so you are not taking orders. If you’re to open at 11 AM, that means cooks cashiers staff in general should be there 1030 to make sure that the kitchen is To serve not request additional time after your hours state that you’re open…. It really does suck attempting to support certain businesses… maybe I’ll try again maybe I won’t because customer service says a lot

Update so i was able to visit and the visit was horrible! I was going to make a social media post ( still might) but for now i’ll leave it on Google! Go at your own risk! It was a waste of money and my food looked like it was from the fake kitchen set that little girls use to play with! The girl on the phone said her name was lovely… i inquired about how many pieces came with the fish she said 5 so i ordered an extra one just to finally get my order and was told ohhh the extra one was the 5th one after I confirmed twice with her! The wait time was horrible! I started to dispute the charges because my food was not worth $22 but they need the money more than i do … just take a look at the pics and i was still in the restaurant when i took the photos! Terrible Terrible Experience my aunt and uncle came in from out of town we went in for lunch first they had no chicken breast at a chicken restaurant we ordered 8wings a piece she got 8 wings and I only received 6 I immediately told the waitress she said ok then came back to say he said he gave me eight I asked for the manager or who was in charge to be told there was none and she gave me a card supposedly to be the owners I couldn’t believe this over 2 wings ?so embarrassing well on our way to the car a guy comes out says he’s the owner asking what happened we explained his way if resolving this was to say next time you come I will give you 2 extra wings.. O’ man I never write reviews but this place will not leave off my mine, my mom saw this place on tik-tok she 70 years old so here we go, We was told to sit anywhere which was fine No one came over to greet us until about 20-min later. Okay whatever we still good the waitress came over to our order attitude was fine not friendly but okay, order appetizer which never came.
