ⁿIt's supposed to be chicken links plate no sauce and look what they sent. They burnt my food up and to cover up they drowned it in sauce. This is absolutely Ridiculous and i will not order from here again. The photos they post online of the chicken links are deceptive. I tried calling and the phone just rings then go to voicemail at approximately 8pm and to add insult to injury their voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. Absolutely unacceptable. Do you see this burnt piece of crap they sent again deceptive definitely nothing close to what they post online. They say that they take their to smoke and slow cook their meats DECEPTIVE!!!!! How did you slow cook this. Looks like you built a fire and threw them in it. I said No sauce on food and they drowned it to cover up for this burnt crap. The fries are swimming in sauce. It's different if I never ordered from here but I have and know how it's supposed to look. This was suppose to be my dinner. Now I'm stuck with this crap (Well the garbage can is) cause I have to get up early and it is too late to try to order elsewhere. Buyer beware. Lastly businesses are closing left and right because they cannot get enough patronage and their food is of high quality. Krazy Hog you honestly need to take that seriously because with inflation and everything else you want to build your business not run people away and be foeced to close. People already complained about the high prices but I don't mind paying the price for quality food not crap you would not feed to a dog. I'm still in disbelief. I rather someone had said thy either ran out of food or their was an accident in the kitchen and unfortunately we have to recook your order would you like to wait or cancel. I wanna see if anyone from Management will respond and acknowledge...
Read moreThe meat lived up to the hype, but the sauce disappointed! I ordered rib tips (my personal go to). The meat was fresh, although slightly less tender than I would have preferred, but still very tasty. But the sauce was not boss! It was on the runny and thin side. Not sure if was simply a case where it was not completely stirred, because it lacked the robust flavors that I think most people expect from a BBQ sauce. The sauce was not a deal breaker though, maybe I caught it on a bad day? It was so thin in body that the bread that was placed at the bottom of the food container was completely soggy and soaked, as if it had been dunked in water and not sauce.
My order also came with French fries, that were natural cut. I would have enjoyed them much more if the sauce was a tad more robust. But the fry’s were good, in spite of the bland sauce.
The atmosphere and decor was very well executed. Clearly they put some time it giving it a throwback vibe of an old hole in the wall, barbecue joint. But it was actually very clean, and welcoming. While there is dine-in space most of the seating was taken up by patrons waiting for their take out orders. Not a bad thing, clearly business was good, and my actual wait was quite reasonable—8 minutes or so. Notably the service was excellent, the cashier was very friendly and eager to serve.
I’ll be back! Hoping the thin sauce was a one-time fluke. The high quality preparation and delivery of the meat made up...
Read moreMy partner and I decided to try Krazy Hog after seeing an Instagram review last night. I must say the experience was one of the worst for me. We each decided to order the rib tips online, and they told us it would be ready at 8:30 p.m., which left us with an hour to do what we needed before the food was prepared. We get to Krazy Hog at 8:30, only to be told they are out of tips. Before the hour, someone should have called and notified us instead of letting us get there to tell us this. They offered us the chicken tips, which would take about 10-15 minutes to prepare. My partner and I were already in the mood for some BBQ and wanted to try the place, so we waited some more. We got the food and drove to the neighboring parking lot to eat in the car. Both of our chicken tips were cold and flavorless. The only saving grace to the meal was the baked beans, and my partner liked his mac and cheese. Other than that, we threw away the leftover because it just wasn’t good. I wasted money,...
