Cheese steak was good... However, the parts of the store I could see were dirty. I saw a bug crawling on a counter, the counter in-between the kitchen and lobby. Where the chips were stored for customers to grab was dirty, I wiped my finger on it and it came back dirtier than my friends nasty dashboard. The tiles on the drop ceiling were water damaged, and looked ready to come down. Return and HVAC vents were in need of cleaning, with heavy visible build up of dirt/cooking oil. In the back of the store they had cardboard laid down, maybe to not have to clean the floors later. This cardboard was nasty looking like it been there since a earlier delivery. Mind you this is what is visible to me, a paying customer. Imagine what I can't see?! I was hungry and paid for it, so despite my better judgment I ate it and didn't get sick. The cheese steak was big and good. How ever I will not be returning due to the state of the store. Bust out the deep cleaning supplies, yall need to get it together. Would've been one star but the Philly was actually...
Read moreI’m staying here in town on assignment. This place popped up as a good restaurant that was open late. Pics looked great. Well, let me tell you, the prices have changed significantly since the menu is photographed for Google. My Philly cheesesteak with fries was $11 total. That’s fine. But it was a really really skimpy Philly cheesesteak. Compared to pictures of other Phillies from here mine was bogus. The filling in this one was about the size of a hot dog. The thing that sticks with me too, is that the cashier was like you gotta try the philly, best sandwich on the menu, you’re gonna love it blah blah blah.
It tasted great, but it was genuinely not a full dinner portion. The fries were stale and chewy. Here’s the thing… If the portions were better and the fries were fresh, this would be a five star review. I don’t mind that the price has increased. But quality control will always be important....

I ordered a philly steak (no onions or green peppers) and asked for the bread to be grilled (they call it toasted), with extra sauce on the fries. All that means is open the bread and place on the grill. Well I was upcharged $.50 for that and $.75 for sauce. Though the food was good overall an extra $1.25 for something so minimal is ridiculous and it appeared to be a standard amount of sauce and barely warmed bread. Also if you're going to charge more for every little thing, then deduct for items not wanted i.e. onions and peppers. This has detoured me from...
