This store is extremely hit or miss. If you catch it where there is no one in the drive through and no one inside the store (ie-you're the only one), the food is good and relatively prompt.
HOWEVER, (and this is about 95% of the time), if there is any additional customer, you will wait and wait and wait and wait and the order is often wrong.
Went there yesterday with my daughter and saw the drive through line. I immediately decide to go inside and order. We wait and wait and wait and never are acknowledged while a person IS RIGHT THERE with her back to us! In fact, an elderly gentleman who ordered 2 whopper jr.s, saw his food in the stainless tray was jumping and waiving his hands up and down to get some attention. Poor guy just wanted his food. He eventually got this lady's attention by jumping even higher, told the lady who would not ever look towards the front of the store that he just wants those 2 whopper jr.'s that have been sitting there in the in metal tray for some time. She gave him the whoppers and turned around so she could continue to ignore my daughter and I.
This store doesn't care or there is something VERY wrong with management or they may be having equipment issues, but either way, it's become harder and harder for me to think about the last time I've had a pleasant experience at a Burger King. I'm serious. I'm 45 and I think the last time I was ok with BK was maybe 20 years ago? I try to retry them, but they don't give a darn, unfortunately. Read moreI honestly don't know why I even go to fast food restaurants anymore. There was no line, I put in my order like i always have, A bacon king meal large with a coke. I then proceeded to ask for no ketchup no mayo on the burger. I ask separately because most fast food employees don't really listen well. I noticed after she had told me to drive forward that she hadn't put plain on the burger appearing on the screen. I get up to the window and ask to make sure the burger is plain. To which they employee starts to scolding me about not telling her at the drivethrew. I didn't want to argue. There was no point. I just wanted my food, especially without spit. She then yells to her co-worker. Who I guess had already made the wrong order. so instead of re-making it while only one other person was in line, they thought it was a better idea to wipe the ketchup and mayo off the burger instead. I left out one little fact I am allergic to ketchup. I checked my burger before biting into it, as i always do for this very reason, and found ketchup on the meat. I have been allergic to ketchup my whole life and have ordered food plain for 34 years. I wasn't the one who forgot. You just chose not to wanna do your job and could have harmed me. Now I have an unedible burger, and I'm out money. I'm not going back just to start drama over a burger. So instead, I am writing this to warn everyone of this dumpster fire and their employees who would rather scold someone than do what they are being paid to do. Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I placed an order online for my husband to pick up at the drive-thru. When he got to the window, he was told to pull up by the door and the order would be brought out to him. He waited for almost 40 minutes and never received the order (Mind you that during those 40 minutes he watched several customers place orders at the drive-thru, receive their orders, and leave.) An employee came out to give another customer their order and asked my husband what order he was waiting for. He gave the order information again, and after another 10 minutes, still nothing. I tried calling the restaurant location and was told that they would check on the order and placed me on hold. After almost 10 minutes, no one had returned to the phone, and my call dropped. Now I only get a busy signal when I call back. My husband even tried to go back through the drive-thru, but no one answered. After over an hour of waiting total, he understandably became very frustrated and left. I had to contact customer care and request a refund. This is TERRIBLE customer service! If there was an issue with fulfilling the order, then it should have been communicated to us. I don't like leaving negative reviews, as I understand that fast food service can be demanding and difficult. I've ordered from this location several times throughout the years, and have had some minor issues, mainly with them getting my order incorrect, which happens, but this was absolutely ridiculous!!
