Love Gong Cha, but this location is run very differently from the others. I went in today and there was no one in line or waiting for drinks. I ordered and paid for my 2 drinks and sat down and waited. Another customer walked in after and ordered 2 drinks and sat down and waited. I also placed a 3rd drink order on the kiosk while waiting. The worker starts making 2 drinks (I assumed it was mine), but she ends up handing them to the customer after me, and the customer leaves. I was appalled. My text receipt said 12:02pm and 11 minutes later I was still sitting and waiting for my order. The worker finally finished making all 3 drinks, and I asked her why it was that I came first, but she made the other customerâs drinks first and made me sit and wait longer? I literally watched that customer come in and order and watched her leave, while I was just sitting there waiting for my order. She said it was because my first order hadnât shown up on her screen yet (??) and I also ordered a 3rd drink. I said that doesnât matter. I said you should still have made my 2 drinks first, because I ordered first, and you knew I ordered first. This is basic customer service 101! If my first order hasnât âshown up on the screen yet,â you should have at least asked me what my order was and still made drinks in the CORRECT order. Hello,...

I take their kindness and willingness to correct the mistake. Thats why I changed the rate and updated the review.
The store running promotion for new hours 8a-11a. they advertise $4 coffee if you order within that hour. I never try their coffee, so I go in and order the egg coffee, regular size. When i check out, the cashier told me the price is $5.68 which surprised me since I believe $4 plus tax not gonna be $5.xx, so I asked her to break the price down.
She told me that the egg coffee is $4 but since its egg coffee, they need to add the foam into it, that makes the extra charge. To be honest, it does not sound right to me. If you sell the egg coffee, then the egg foam charge needs to be included, you cant charge me the price of egg coffee, then charge again the for the egg foam brule.
The coffee tastes good. Not too sweet and I like it. It would be perfect if the foam/cream can be...

The employees were happy to answer all of our questions, even with a long line behind us, but it might have been helpful if they knew a little more about the offerings; although its definitely understandable since it was the first day of soft opening. They didn't have our usual taro smoothie and thai tea, so we went with the taro drink with white boba and a brown sugar ginger tea with milk foam and a coconut pudding. The taro drink was a taro milk tea, not too sweet with a nice flavor. The white boba tastes more like round pieces of coconut jelly than boba, but good. The ginger tea was the perfect sweetness and made with enough fresh ginger to be spicy. The coconut pudding was coconut jelly, nothing too special or impressive. The foam was my favorite part - a salted thick cream that cut the tea perfectly. I'd visit again...
