The staff were very disorganized, we ordered a cheese steak sub for her and I got the calzone, the first waiter got confused when we requested no onions on her cheese stash and left to go get help, the second waiter seemed to understand, and then brought the order with onions, so we sent it back. (they seem to deliver one entree at a time. I noticed this was true with the other tables as well), they brought my meal out five minutes later, we ended up sharing it and were done , still waiting on her order, finally flagged down waiter and requested hers to go. Drinks were another issue, apparently they only serve drinks out of a cooler. She asked for a Dr pepper, i asked for a glass of water, she got a 12 oz can, I got a bottle of water... which confused me cause they have a fresh juice bar that seems to have glasses... when she wanted a refill, instead of ordering another 12oz can, I requested the two liter bottle they have on the menu.. the waiter pulled it from the cooler and brought it over and set it on the table... we then had to ask for glasses, he brought back two small plastic cups, i then requested ice, and he left again and returned with another small plastic cup with five cubes of ice in it.
