Very disappointed in this coffee shop and their service. I went for their grand opening, and they advertised a 30% percent off, but they increased their prices. The price for a pistachio bite on the screen was $3.5 and came up as a subtotal of $3.64, when I was asked about it she was like it's probably tax but then theirs already a separate tax charge. Went back to ask about it, and they were dismissive saying its probably a charge from my card. I also noticed it earlier when I got a cheesecake slice, which was advertised as $6, and I was charged $7.58, which is a significant difference. If you're gonna lure people with a discount, then at least be honest, or if your prices on the screen are different from your system, then update them on the menu.
As for the food, I got a pistachio latte, pistachio cheesecake, and a pistachio bite. The latte was okay with very little pistachio flavor. The pistachio cheesecake had no cheesecake flavor tasted like if it was made from a banana instead of cream cheese. The pistachio bite was kinda sour, which was unexpected as the ingredients were pistachio, biscoff caramel, so where is the sour flavor from. No biscoff or caramel flavor at all. My problem isn't with the food it's just that everything on their menu is completely different from what is described. If the descriptions and prices on the menu matched the actual prices and actual ingredients, then this review would be completely different. Will not be returning based on the service I received, and I don't want to support...
Read moreWe came here with my friend to try their pistachio coffee. The place looked pretty inside, but it was totally empty. and while paying, I noticed something strange on the screen:ICE – $2. I politely asked if they really charge two dollars for ice, and the guy just looked at me seriously and said yes. I told him I’d never heard of that before. That’s when he randomly asked if we were from here, then guessed we were from Europe. When we said yes, he started going off about how he’s traveled to Europe and said that everyone there charges for ice 🤣🤣 Okay… but what does that have to do with your coffee shop in Richardson, Texas? This is America. You walk into any regular spot, and they give you a full glass of ice water for free, no questions asked. The dessert display looked sad—mostly empty shelves and the ones that were there looked old, even though it was still morning.
Then the bartender turned to my friend and said, “Are you sure you don’t want ice in your drink?” And immediately after, he added with a little smirk, “Don’t worry, I’m not gonna charge you for the ice in this cup.” Like it was some kind of joke — but honestly, it just felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. Look, the $2 doesn’t matter. What matters is the tone, the lack of transparency, and the sarcastic energy we didn’t ask for. ✖ Unwelcoming staff ✖ Sad desserts ✖ Weird European lecture ✖ And yes, $2 for ICE Needless to say—we won’t...
Read moreI had such an amazing experience thanks to Mohammed. From the very start he was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. His customer service is truly top notch. He answered all my questions with patience and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. You can tell he really enjoys helping people and he genuinely cares about making sure you’re satisfied.
What I liked most was how professional and knowledgeable he is. Mohammed knows exactly what he’s doing and he makes the whole process simple and stress free. At the same time he’s very kind and approachable, which is a rare combination. He has a great way of turning something that could feel complicated into something smooth and easy.
The experience was not only helpful but also enjoyable because of the positive energy he brings. Honestly, if every business had a Mohammed, customer service everywhere would be a lot better.
And I have to say this… they really need to give him a raise. The way he takes care of people, it feels like he already runs the place. If they don’t promote him soon, I might just start calling him “Boss Mohammed” myself.
Highly recommend his service. He’s simply one...
