Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Richardson

So I ordered a pizza and told the store I will pay with cash.. the Store said OK and that they will send a driver but they didn’t make me aware that it was a DoorDash driver. So basically the DoorDash driver came to my door and said he didn’t have change so need not wanting to just take the pizza without paying said OK take the $50 and whatever’s in the change you can keep as a tip but he misunderstood and I said OK well I can’t just not pay for my pizza. So I called the store and the Man Stated that the DoorDash drivers always know whether it’s cash or a card so the DoorDash driver lied and they told me to get in touch with DoorDash and as I called the customer service for DoorDash they did not answer. So I called the store back and they said that I can get five free pizzas and when I just called to try to make an order, they told me that I would still have to pay and they acted brand new and lied about their name in each time when I try to get in touch with a general manager, the general manager is not there so all in all somebody’s lying and I will get the police involved because they’ll do anything for an extra tip, it was up to the worker to tell me the customer that it was going to be a DoorDash driver. The first time We ate the pizza here my wife and I loved it great experience great pizza that’s why I’m giving you guys a 2 star and not a 1 however we tried ordering again a couple days later and had a horrendous experience the manager Emily on staff was very rude over the phone. Not to mention we called multiple times before we even got anybody on the phone. My wife is pregnant and she was getting frustrated listening to Emily constantly say we do not offer carry out after 10pm even though 2 days prior that is exactly how we ordered. I’m not saying Emily is wrong for saying no to carry out after 10 but the delivery of how she worded it could have been a bit less aggressive. Also consistency should be implemented within this store. One bad experience and I dont see myself or my family ordering pizza from here anymore. And our first experience ever eating papa johns was considering to be our new pizza place but with attitudes that the Managment showed makes it...

I always order delivery from here and they always get it perfectly right and quicker than I could even imagine! I even called one time to verify my online order since my power when out right when I confirmed my order via computer, but they still knew me by name and confirmed my order perfectly! 'Papa John' should be very proud of this location as they definitely live up to his ideal! :-) Papa John's is definitely my favorite pizza place (unless I make homemade pizza for myself, lol!)

PS: The delivery lady who I got my order from tonight (Order number 0117) was OUTSTANDING! I wish I would have had additional cash to tip her with, but sadly, I did not. I did promptly call the Papa John's I ordered from to laud her supreme service! She should be recognized as a...
