I really enjoyed my dinner here tonight. The tabbouli was great. It had the perfect consistency and balance of ingredients. I had to add some salt for my personal preference, but it was otherwise excellence. The portion size could've been a little larger. The chicken tenders were a generous portion. My kid is used to a different shape than these flattened and large pieces of chicken breast, but they were still thoroughly enjoyed. The kafta, which I was recommended by the waitress, was delicious. It was very juicy and tender whereas I was expecting the typically dry kafta. The presentation was very nice with the sumac and onions, although the kafta could've kept its shape better. The rice was super buttery and smooth. It was cooked to perfection. The side vegetable medley was a pleasant surprise and very good. It had a sweet and spicy sauce coupled with the umami from the mushrooms. I really liked it. The overall portion size for the kafta was very generous, as with the tenders. Each one could've fed two adults or two kids, respectively. There were a few things about their customer service that could've been better like offering me water. After I asked, my kid didn't get any until I asked as well. Napkins and water weren't replenished. When I was given boxes, I wasn't provided with a bag to carry them. I heard good things about their knafeh so went for it as a sweet ending to the experience with a side of black tea with fresh mint. I would've preferred the tea have been served with the knafeh rather than before it so they both would've been hot at the same time. I even took out the tea bag so it wouldn't be too bitter from being brewed for too long. Now, the knafeh was very good! It had the right amount of crispiness, the stretch was fantastic, it had a balance of cheese that was traditional, and it wasn't smothered in syrup because the knafeh needed only a little. It speaks for itself. This is my new go to place for knafeh in DFW. I'll definitely be back here again and thank the very friendly staff.

One word: lines. I don't like to wait in line for my food. The unfortunate buffet placement means a single file line for access. Compare that to Dimassi or Andelous where there is ample space for easy access to all the food. There is also only about 20% of the available choices here. The quality of the food is good, better than Dimassi but the trays of kufta and falafel are often empty. I think the lunch buffet is just under $18 a person and includes a soda drink. Coffee is not included. There is no ice cream. Dessert is very good backlava, some rock hard vintage cookie thing drenched in corn syrup, and rice pudding. The middle eastern music is fitting for the food but the TVs on HGTV remodelling and drag racing just don't fit the atmosphere. I prefer Dimassi.

Went with friends and it didn't disappoint. I've wanted to come here for so long but I wanted to go with friends so that we could order more. They do have a buffet, but it seemed kinda small for me so we ordered off the menu. I absolutely love their hummus and I'd totally just go there to eat hummus with pita bread. It was so good. We also got it with chicken on top and it paired so well. The meat pie was delicious and like a small pizza. I got the combo shawarma rice platter with French fries. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I honestly loved my dish, but side vegetables were slightly spicy which was unexpected. Large portion size for good pricing. I also bought a bar of their Dubai chocolate at the end but I wouldn't recommend it.

We went to have dinner last evening. They told us that the dinner is $15.99. They told us that the brisket wasn't included, but they were nice enough to serve us brisket from the lunch.

On the way to check out at the counter, we pay extra for brisket per pound. Since they were nice to us, we didn't check the price (which we should've).

The day after we were checking the price, it was way more than we thought it was. Lunch was $17, 99, and dinner was $15.99. When I called then I was told they person at the counter charged us $21, 99, which was WAY more than t were supposedose to charge. The person was firm on the price until I told him thathadave text from sababa of lunch, which was $17, 99, and we had din, er, which was $15.99. Of course, I was upset about him because he either didn't know the truth or lying out right that he didn't know they had a promotion yesterday for less price. (If you are working at the counter it's your JOB to know to charge your customers rightfully) If someone is upset on it than it's your job to calm them, not to get ANGRY on retaliation. He called his manager and after a long hold, for which I thought he discussed it with his counter person that what's actually going wrong, he told me that it's not a big deal and it's just $5 dollars, which was way more than that. Obviously, it pissed me off, and again, the manager got ANGRY in retaliation (which he shouldn't be) because both the customer service and the manager are NOT giving you the right information. In the last, he told us the correct amount to be refunded and HUNG UP ABRUPTLY. (Without apologizing or saying SORRY.

As I said, FOOD is awesome, but the customer service from the counter SUCKS but the waitress is really NICE to provide us brisket.

I would ask anyone if their is a discount price for the dinner ($15.99) and you are charged for regular lunch price (21.99), and the customer service is NOT accepting mistake. Wouldn't you be upset or mad about it? The manager would be angry about giving you a refund and hanging up abruptly without...

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information & Stale Food

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. We called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm if the lunch buffet was still available. The staff informed us they were serving the dinner buffet, so we agreed to come.

Upon arrival, we found that no fresh food was available—even the salad had been sitting out for hours. A staff member casually mentioned they were still preparing the dinner buffet, so we waited. After 10–12 minutes, I inquired at the reception, only to be told that the buffet was not yet ready, despite what we were told on the phone. The receptionist admitted that I had likely spoken to them earlier but offered no apology or urgency in resolving the issue.

Eventually, a server checked the food area and announced that dinner was “fixed”—but in reality, only one fresh dish had been brought out, while the rice and other trays were just lunch leftovers. The rest of the food trays remained empty or with scraps from earlier. I checked three times to see if more food was being brought out, but nothing changed, and no one showed any courtesy to update or assist us.

To make things worse, the manager was sitting nearby the whole time, watching everything unfold, with his laptop open and attending a web meeting playing loudly—yet he did nothing to address the situation.

Lastly, the desserts had been sitting out since we don't know when, and by the time we left after 4 PM, they still had not been replaced—including cut fruit and pudding that had clearly been out for hours.

Overall, this was a misleading, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh food or...
