Smoothie King — Restaurant in Richardson

I am a rewards member with Smoothie King I been to several locations but my favorite is the one on Campbell and 75! I find my self going to the one that is closers to my job wich is the one on belt line and Plano Rd. I can truly say that even though it’s a new location it’s has the most horrible customer service I could ever imagine 😡 they are rude take forever to get your drink out and even though there is no cars or busy at all they still make you wait they always get my orders wrong. Not to say they the cashier did not even ask me for my rewards app when I asked to scan my app and please give my points he informed me he had already charged me for my drink and could not go back and give me my points for my perches then he call another employee and had the nerve to say what was the problem??? When informed of what was going on he said Smoothie King employees are not required to ask rewards members for there apps to get there points!!! Really??? It’s not the place it’s the people that work there that make it look so bad no wonder they never have customers there and after all that gave me my money back with no receipt who does that? I’m not a person to post bad things but this was a horrible experience ever I will not recommend this...

This is an update..

This location has dropped the ball now 2x since I gave my last review. I don't know what happened but the customer service I've received these last two times has been garbage. Today I went through the drive thru and was rudely interrupted while I was placing my order, to where I was unable to finish requesting the add-ons I wanted, then it was blended terribly, you could see the grains on top of the smoothie. Not to mention the boulders of ice at the bottom of the cup. Terrible! Then while at my apartment some texture I had never had in my mouth B4 startled me and it was some red substance that had no business being in my smoothie! I call and I am told that it can't be replaced, but I still have about 1/3 of it. I wouldn't have complained if not for the red chunks of unknown... Rude and unprofessional. Pushy and slack. This is one location I will likely avoid from now on. I am super disappointed with this location ....

This is by far the best smoothie King location I've found. Brittany and the rest of the staff here are customer focused. Brittany went above and beyond for me and I am deeply touched and appreciative for her service. Great job and...

this location smoothie king continues to fail me every time I’m going to be honest they have their days where they’re actually good but as of the past few months, I have been going to the smoothie king off Campbell Road. The service here is never consistent one minute I’m waiting 30 minutes to be get a smoothie, the other minute I’m getting my same smoothie in two minutes. somedays its good some days it’s terrible but overall my experience here has always been terrible I know the operations team is trying but respectively this place needs to be called trash king, theres always new faces and when they mess up its a “oh im new here” Im tired of hearing that phrase…everyone please go to the Campbell location you will see the service that they gave you as soon as you walk through the door. They say things like Hello how are you smile they provide samples there educated behind their products. Where is here you say how are you and they just reply “what you want” lol its funny but sad at the same time I will get a daily warrior and they do not taste the same compared to the daily Warrior I would get...
