My friend and I went to try the Korean hot dogs and we also got Boba. I must have gotten a drink confused because I asked for a cocunut frappe and the person taking my order did not correct me and he put down a cocoa frappe. It may have been my fault because they did not offer that. When I received the drink I tried it and it was awful it had no sweetness. I went over and asked if I could get sweetener or get it replaced. The person that took my order went and asked if I could get sweetener and the person he asked rolled her eyes and told him “it’s bitter because it’s cocoa powder” even though I was at listening distance she could have come over and addressed me. Then he asked her can she get a replacement she said “ no and by the way you can never replace anything” once again I was at listening distance and she could have addressed me. I understand that it was my fault for ordering the wrong drink, but the girl was straight up just rude and didn’t want to help. She handled the situation really badly and I was honestly being really nice, but she had attitude for no reason. I understand if they don’t do refunds but at least make a replacement. While preparing donuts for a customer ahead of me, one of the staff members accidentally dropped three original donuts. She handled it correctly by setting them aside and starting fresh, later taking the dropped donuts to the back.
When it was my turn to order, I requested three original donuts as well, but I was told they were out and that it would take 10–15 minutes to make a new batch. I agreed to wait. However, less than five minutes later, the manager returned with my order and stated that they had “found some dough.” It was clear these were the same donuts that had been dropped earlier. When I asked directly, I was told they were not—which felt dishonest.
At that point, I changed my order to another flavor that I had seen come out fresh. My concern is not only about the mishandling of food but also about the lack of transparency. As a customer, honesty and food safety are non-negotiable. I would strongly advise others to make sure they see their order come out fresh, as the quality and integrity of the product may be questionable depending on who is on duty.

The cashier didn’t tell me that the donuts weren’t ready or anything about waiting time. I paid for my order plus $2 tips (which is 20% of my order for togo). I don’t think I need to tip since it’s togo but anw I did. After waiting 15mins without any notification, I came n asked a guy of staff that could help check on my order and how much more do I have to wait. He checked n told me that there’s order ahead me n from 5-7mins of waiting more to my order( and I already wait for 15mins). I told him well I have somewhere togo n I couldn’t wait more. He checked w his staff again n told me nothing they could do and would refund me if I gotta go. I said fine, just refund me please. And when he proceeds the refund, I told him that nobody told me about the wait time which is such an inconvenience. He said he not the one took my order ( so irresponsible).
