Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Richfield

Went in for a treat, but my change got mixed up. I would like to add that my order and my friend's order was the wrong drink! I order a lemon pom sparkling iced tea (with no ice). I received a drink with ice and a comment"I didn't see a memeo". Although I was willing to wait because ice hurts my sensitive teeth they told me it would be a 5-7 min wait so, so I decided to leave with my maid drink. My friend got a hot drink instead of a blended drink, even though she ordered a blended. I love Caribou coffee I'll always return, but I'm not sure if I can come here again. The Caribou off of Penn ave is my favorite location strongly based off of the wonderful and amazing staff that is there. I have never met a more fantastic team of baristas that truly care about their customers and community they proudly serve. They have never forgotten how my husband and I enjoy our coffee and are full of so much fun. The manager and her team are so balanced and I wish we could see this kind of outstanding customer service at all places. Kudos to everyone that works at this location. This is by far one of my favorite places to start the beginning of each work day. Service at this location is prompt, courteous, and efficient despite high customer traffic each morning. No matter who is working or at what time of the day, you are always greeted with a smile and treated in a friendly manner.
