KFC — Restaurant in Richland Township

Chicken held past its holding time and served under holding temperature. Biscuits served where old and hard. This KFC is very expensive for the second rate chicken you get. The dinning room tables are dirty and sticky. For only have three tables being used and a dining room attendant, the place should of shined better. We cleaned our own table and chairs just like the couple before us did. The only thing that was worth the money was the water. Thus seems to be a KFC standard, make alot if food ahead to move customers faster and the holding times and temperatures are ignored. Do I gave them a try well after they open and everyone was " trained " properly, and these problems should if been addressed. A truly disappointing experience.

We decided to dine in at this location. After placing our order, we waited 15 minutes before the manager approached us with a bad attitude, telling us we’d have to wait an additional 20 minutes for the chicken breast. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to wait.

While we were waiting, two customers in line decided to leave after hearing the employees arguing among themselves. In total, we waited around 45 minutes to get our food.

Even though we ordered for dine-in, they gave us everything to-go. The soda machine had a terrible taste—we ended up throwing our drinks away. The fries were overly salty, and the chicken was undercooked.

This was my first and last visit to this KFC. If you’re thinking about going, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Stay away...

I wanted to place an order of 14pcs at 8:30pm. I was told they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! I ask how and was given a bunch of excuses: from Door Dash to a Game! I asked would I be compensated for the inconvenience ( some restaurants do if they cause a customer to be inconvenienced), of course I was given the we don’t/ can’t do that! I asked how long it would it take and was told about ten minutes “maybe”. Well, I was willing to do that. I drove up to the window and told the clerk I would park and wait.
