Horrible Customer Service. You can’t complain about the service here; there isn’t any.

Ordered (and paid for) a meat lovers Stromboli & a spinach calzone. What I got was the meat lovers Stromboli & a greasy pepperoni Stromboli and/or calzone.

Although mistakes can happen, I would expect the owner manager make things right. Instead, I got excuse after excuse (training someone new, put the wrong item in the wrong box, person who answered the phone did the best he could), but refuses to accept responsibility for the error.

I was already inconvenienced because of the greasy item that the shop thought was acceptable, and not receiving my spinach calzone.

I told the manager/owner I felt the least he could do to compensate for the mistake was to deliver it to my house. Never happened. Didn’t offer to take a cent off for the mistake the pizza shop (NOT ME) made.

I told the manager/owner I would be writing a very truthful review. He said to make sure I include the fact “he made it right” in the review. He made a replacement calzone—the spinach calzone I had ordered to begin with! He didn’t make it right! I should have had the calzone that I ordered & paid for to begin with. He offered nothing but excuses why it happened. Not acceptable.

Food is GREAT unfortunately you can’t place orders or expect to get your orders right. Thought we found our go to place but they have no organize here or don’t train properly. We ordered through UberEats, the order arrived COMPLETELY WRONG, someone else’s order. We had to drive the food back, pick up the correct order after waiting in line as this place sent out the wrong orders to everyone that night. No apology, no credit, no nothing. So I paid Uber a nice tip to receive the wrong food just for me to have to go pick up in the end. We decided ok we’ll pick up for now on and pay cash to avoid the last screw up. Tonight we call, the young man that answers the phone CLUELESS!! Tried to order 2 cheesesteak specials, he is talking about cheesesteaks deluxe, now we have 3 people trying to take the order and no one can find the button on the register. Great pizza and hoagies! To all the people who complained and gave negative reviews. Shame on you! You obviously have no idea what it takes to even start a restaurant or run one! You must have a love for people to even consider starting one. Long hours and trying to keep fresh food on hand day to day not knowing how many customers you will get, it’s difficult enough to do in my own refrigerator try to do it on a restaurant scale.
