I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted by a professional yet warm team who made the check-in process seamless. The hotel exudes a charm that is both elegant and inviting, a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The room was a serene retreat - spacious, pristine, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The real pièce de résistance, however, was the breathtaking view from my window. A stunning panorama that truly encapsulated the beauty of the surrounding area. Waking up to such a splendid vista was an unparalleled experience. Every morning, we were treated to a breakfast spread that can only be described as spectacular. A vast array of freshly prepared dishes ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, each one more delightful than the last. The attention to detail was evident, ensuring each dish was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. I was genuinely impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel’s commitment to providing an outstanding experience is clearly reflected in their impeccable service, luxurious accommodation, stunning views, and gourmet dining. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay and eagerly anticipate my return. Five stars, without a doubt!

The hotel is currently under renovation. There is no gym available on sight. Though they offered a pass to a sister location which I wasn't interested in. As soon as we got to our floor, there was a funky smell in the atmosphere When we opened our room door 214 there was a strong mold/mildew smell. The room itself was clean but the smell was stagnant. The faucet is odd and the spout is short which causes water to spill off sink. The shower curtain causes water to also spill past the doorway. These might be one reason the room smells. Perhaps water has soaked through the floor, carpet, etc. The fridge cabinet door needs a stopper or something to prevent it from slamming closed. The heated pool was not heated. I called the main desk and they said to try the jacuzzi and that they would have someone check the water temperature but I didn't see anyone come and check while I was there. The waterfront is gorgeous though and surrounding restaurants very good especially Lulu's. Since there was no gym available I ended up walking the riverfront trail in the mornings and the views were spectacular.

I would have given 5 stars because the room itself was great. There was no view from our room - it looked out over a rooftop with an AC unit on it. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the showers. The tubs are insanely slippery and dangerous. As soon as I stepped in the tub, my feet were sliding! (No lotion or anything on my feet). Water pressure is great, water is HARD, and you never feel clean standing under the shower spray (water feels soapy & slick). Spent forever trying to rinse shampoo & conditioner out of my hair and felt like I never got the soap off my body. We ended up putting the shower mat on the tub floor to make it less slippery for the rest of our family members. Dangerous and a liability if someone falls in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap provided in room is nice. Couldn't get the TV to come on, not sure if remote battery was dead? Didn't spend much time in our room so didn't really need the TV. Hotel is less then 10 minutes from Kadlec Hospital. It made it convenient to visit a family member that was in the hospital for a week.

ATTENTION: LONG REVIEW, BUT WELL WORTH THE READ AND INFO.

Happy New Year and greetings from Mr. & Mrs. Dustin Stump; we are writing this review due to the excellent and over the top service we received from The Hampton Inn in Richland ( part of the Tri-Cities) Washington. Our stay wasn't planned, we took an impromptu trip to see family and friends. When we arrived we were greeted by, Kimi, the front desk attendant. She was was EXTREMELY helpful and very informative. She recommended a few dining establishments and informed us that the property provided free shuttle service. We were very happy to hear of this, since it meant we would be free to enojoy few cocktails to celebrate New Year's Eve( without the fear of the dangers and consequences of a D.U.I.) with what turned out being quite possibly the best steak my husband and myself EVER had, and that is saying a lot, as we both have traveled all over the lower 48, Canada, Alaska. A lot of time was spent in "Cow Country", so we both know a good piece of steak meat, we would STRONGLY suggest you use your already working relationship with "Bud's Broiler" . It seems to be a win-win for both business as the employees at both establishments speak well of each other's staff and service. Your shuttle driver, John ,was absolutely fantastic and extremely professional and excellent driver and on the spot prompt. He waited to make sure we could be seated(we had no reservations, as I mentioned earlier that the trip was impromptu ) and offered to help us find another high end dining establishment that served steaks. Luckily, for us we were seated immediately in the bar. When we were finished, we called and John arrived immediately. When we returned Kimi, the front desk attendant, gladly and sweetly, answered our questions as to where we could smoke and not violate and property rules and provided wine glasses for our use in our room. My husband is Decorated 100% disabled Combat Veteran and my body is banged up bad from 10 years of extensive ballet training and sports in high school and several "horse and livestock " wrecks and a military injury and so forth. Getting out of bed is nothing short of agonizing (especially in the winter) for the both of us. The beds you supply in your room are WONDERFUL!!! Between the bed and the pillows, this morning was the first morning in at least 8 yrs either one us woke up PAIN FREE and we didn't require medication to just get out bed. We were able to get up and get dressed , have coffee, pack, load up and go shopping for 2 hrs before requiring medication, and only needed Advil. While this may sound strange to the average person, it was quite, literally, the best morning we had in YEARS!!!! When we checked out, Taylor, the morning desk attendant, after listening to us praise the bed, she directed us to your website where we could look into purchasing the same mattress and pillows we slept on the night before, as we are actively in the middle of shopping for and trying mattresses. I apologize for this extremely long and detailed review, but we had a lot to of wonderful things to report about your wonderful and beautiful property and your fantastic amenities, bed and most importantly, your staff that worked far above the normal service expected. You can count on our repeated business, to any hotel Hilton/Hampton chain in the future as we travel a lot, both planned and spur of the moment. Thank you for, literally, for helping us have a GREAT start on our...

I stayed in room 352 with my daughter for 5 days, and boy was it a stay! So, we had a room overlooking the Columbia with a balcony. While it was an amazing room, the black out curtains didn't cover the glass in the door, and so on the first morning I was rudely woke by the brightest sun, when I work swing, I need my sleep. Told the front desk, and they taped black bags over the glass so that I could get my sleep! Above and Beyond!

Also, because my daughter was on my work trip, I didn't want room service in the room while I was away and she was there by herself, so they would text me every day to see if I needed anything and would bring it to us once I was back at the hotel. Wonderful!

Additionally, the rooms were very comfortable and supremely clean. The showers were nothing to write home about, the water pressure was not great, and the shower head so high up that my short self had a dribble to wash under, and that is the only room for improvement I can think of.

Other than that, they had a sack lunch on the counter when I would leave for work, which was wonderful on days I was to busy to be prepared.

The pool and sauna were clean and plenty of towels. Open 24 hours with a deck to lay in the sun during sunshine hours. I did notice that the Sauna was a bit strong with the chemicals, and it made my skin itch and burn, so might be mindful of that if you have sensitive skin like I do.

The Inn is located next to a major park with an accessible beach to swim in the river. There was a park there too, with a riverwalk and so many bench swings lining the way to gaze at the beautiful scenery. There were tons of play structures for kiddos, and it was just a buzz with families and fun for my kiddo.

Natasha was amazing at the front desk, want to give her a special shout out for all the help she gave to us, making sure we had everything we needed and that I could sleep comfortably in my room.

If you like a firmer bed, you will love the bed. It did make my hips hurt, but wouldn't stop me from booking here again, I'll just bring a topper so I'm more comfortable next time.

We are vegan, so some protein options like maybe a tofu scramble would be great for vegetarians, breakfast was not a good choice. The potatoes had to much lemon, and there was no protein options, just a lot of carbs. It seemed others who have a Omni diet were enjoying the eggs and bacon though. There were several vegan options for food in the area, so that was just fine, although would love to see the Hilton offer more choices to those who are plant based.

Finally, I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I will be staying there again in another week. Loved my stay and felt so taken care of! You can't go wrong...

I don't leave google reviews much less spend any extra energy refocusing on a negative experience, however, I was utterly shocked and disappointed at how we were treated over the phone by the attending front desk agent and wanted to take the time to share that with any potential people seeking this establishment for accommodation. Me and my boyfriend were headed to this hotel after we had stayed in madras for the solar eclipse, what would have been a 3hr drive turned into 8hrs and my boyfriend ended up getting violently ill and we needed to pull off the road several times so he could vomit out the window. At this point we were closer to the exit we needed going home than to the exit we needed to continue our trip so that's what we did. When we got home and ourselves and the car cleaned up we called the hotel (at 7pm) and explained to the attending staff that we would not be able to make our reservation for the night and rather than wanting a refund we just wanted to switch the dates as we were still very much were wanting to try again to stay at the hotel. This isn't our first time staying at a hotel, we understand the concept of the 24hr cancellation policy and that it's put in place for a reason but for anybody who has ever tried to call into the front desk because emergencies happen, you know it depends largely on that specific employees discretion and the employee we spoke with did not uphold a hospitable manner in any way. At this point I still don't even want a refund but I absolutely no longer have the desire to stay there, I tried to appeal to the front desks humanity to switch to a later date that I know had been available but instead I was given the "we're sold out 24hr cancellation policy" spiel and odds are he was able to sell the room again and made twice the revenue as I find it highly unlikely the room remained empty during the traffic of the eclipse. This is the kind of employees and hospitality you can expect to receive at this location where you are viewed as a means to an end and I didn't even need to step foot on their property to find that out. This is a gorgeous area with plenty of...
