I was disappointed with my order and asked for the manager and Latoya made my experience so much better. The pepperollies were very challenging because the person that fixed them did not seem to care. Latoya immediately made my experience so much better. Latoya offered to remake. She was kind enough to ask me if I had time to wait for some more. She offered me a drink and I advised her I don't drink sodas and she offered a bottle water with a side salad. The remake was perfect and greatly appreciated. She kept me updated she had a conversation with my daughter; which thrilled her more than my daughter. I drive to this location because the Brandon location is just pitiful. We love Pepperollies and can not wait until November each year. I ordered from this restaurant for my family because my memories of Mazzios was always great pizza and salad bar, things have apparently changed, I was so upset and disappointed in this restaurant and my order. Pizza was unacceptable not even to standards for anyone to have recieved this order. It didn’t even look like the old Mazzios pizza that use to be so good, this was a $50 order and it was cold, disgusting weird looking, it looks like cheap party place pizza ugh, and now I have to order from another restaurant to feed my family today. I had stopped eating at Mazzios in Richland for almost a year due to their terrible customer service, after a YEAR that hasn't changed. I ordered a pizza from them that wasn't cooked thoroughly, the wings were burnt so due to not being able to enjoy my meal I contacted the restaurant. The manager didn't want to do anything that would be feasible because my family and I don't eat there a lot, contacted corporated and they were even worse PLUS they hung up on me due to not being able to find a common resolution.
