I want to reiterate that my order came through Pizza Hut's website and not Doordash. We ordered a supreme Detroit-style pizza, 12 pieces of Cajun Dry Rub Wings, and order of mini cinnamon rolls, an order of Cheese sticks and an order of breadsticks. When the order arrived, we received a cheese Detroit-style pizza, an order of cheese sticks, an order of breadsticks, and an order of mini cinnamon rolls, but no wings. The wings was the most expensive item on the order. When I called to inquire about the wings, the manager told me that she was watching for the Doordash driver to come back to pick up another order, and that she would send my wings with the driver then. At the time, she said he was on the way back to the store at the time of the call.
I waited for over an hour for the wings to arrive before calling back to the store. When the call was answered, the new manager on duty was very rude when I asked about the wings, and said that they were waiting for the Doordash driver to come back. When I stated that called an hour before about the wings, the new manager on duty told me that I would have to talk to the previous manager on duty, cause she wasn't there when the order was taken. So, I talked to the previous manager on duty, and she told me the same thing, and said that they are still waiting on the Doordash driver to come back. By this time, two hours had already passed since my original order, so I asked the manager if I can just have my money back. She said that she would tell the current manager on duty to charge the money back to my card. I said thank you and hung up the phone.
Now, it was bad enough that the pizza that we did received tasted like it was cooked in a cooking pan that was rusted out, and that the mini cinnamon rolls were gummy tasting, like they were half done, but the bad attitude when all I'm doing is asking about missing items on my order that was ordered two hours before was frankly uncalled for, and very unprofessional. Needless to say, we won't be back to that store, and this has soured my family on ever visiting...
Read moreThe food was s great but when I went to pay for it, they refused to accept my Regions bank card because quote “management made a decision that Pizza Hut management will not accept credit and debit cards if the CVV# starts with a 0 (zero). The CVV numbers on cards are random computer generated numbers and do not have any significance on the card. She lied to me for some reason because surely management cannot be that ignorant and stupid. They would never have gotten a management position if they were that clueless as to how money and payments work. Having your employees actually tell customers this ridiculous false information really makes upper management look incompetent. I think management should’ve made sure their information was 100% correct before having employees tell customers that B.S and pissing off them off. Read moreI'm not sure what has happened in the last month or so with this pizza hut. but last week I called to order a pizza the lady told me it would be her in 45 minutes. Well two hours later the pizza finally gets here and is cold. Not just from riding in the car for over and hour but it was raw in the middle. .I call and the young lady i talked to put a 15.00 credit on my account and that did not even cover the price i paid for a whole pizza that was thrown away. then I call this week and use the 15.00 credit and guess what and hour and a half later after I was told 15 mins still no pizza. I call the lady has no clue where my pizza but left the store 42 minutes before I called. Just dont waste your time with them.
