Man, been eating here off and on for YEARS and thought I was eating good. Its nothing they did, but I had the misfortune of eating hibachi from Tokyo Express one day and mahnnnn, when I tell you I now know wat real delicious hibachi tastes like, WOW!!! I say misfortune bk OEC is MUCH closer to me than TE but I tried them AFTER eating Tokyo Express and it was horrible. Absolutely NO COMPARISON. HERE, LOOK AY THIS PIC OF TOKYO EXPRESS...I KNOW RIGHT!?!?!

The food is really good, BUT....I ordered the Crab Rangoon and there was ZERO crab or any meat inside them. I opened each one individually and nothing but cream cheese! That is very disappointing and a bit unethical for a business. Each one is exactly like this one....no meat!

Upon entry to the location, I was greeted by the cashier, the store was very clean, food was prepared with large portions, food was fresh & seasoned to taste. I recommend trying this establishment if you’re ever in the area.

This location is the best! In the middle of bad weather, I raced to this restaurant to pick up my order I called in. This location closes at 9:30. I pulled up to door at 9:29 in the middle of a storm. The worker saw me pull up and came out to my car with an umbrella and walked me to the door. I apologized for coming so late and paid for my order. The worker was so friendly and kind to me the whole time. Walking out of the restaurant, she said “Let me help.” She grabbed the umbrella again and walked me to my car. I know this may not mean much to some, but this is one of the nicest things that happened to me this year! Also, my order was correct and the food was amazing! Thank you...

Just wondering how it’s 38$ for pickup for two shrimp hibachi, order of wontons and a small sweet tea cause they only offer that one size cup which is terribly small…just wondering cause the shrimp hibachi is 11.95 according to their in store menu…if that’s the case how much is the small tea and wontons, more than the actual hibachi plates!? Outrageous! It’s like they sneak in a pickup fee which if they do then they are completely ripping the customers off…They also don’t understand what well well done vegetables are…oh well, everyone is getting the shaft nowadays no matter what you buy..just didn’t...

The food is OK. The atmosphere is kind of cold with very little effort into the design. The tables are carved and signs to display security aren't really signs rather than pieces of paper taped to the wall. As far as the food goes, it's decent. Not terrible, but it leaves much to be desired. This place is decent for a to go restaurant, but the dine-in adds nothing. They still serve in the to go boxes, and just give you a large bottle of their special "pink sauce" which is a thicker mixture of Yum-yum sauce used by other places. The employees always seem kind of sad. Like they need a hug, or a tip....
