Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richland

Stopped here on our way home from Florida to get a quick bite and get back on the road. We stopped in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday and it wasn't that busy in either the drive thru or inside. Me and my wife ordered first just ordering the steak nacho box, 2 cheese quesadillas and 2 bean burritos with no onions. Two other people from our group ordered separately after us then a few mins later a couple ladies ordered after us. Their service was so poor that they couldn't get the orders out in the right order. They were too focused on getting the drive thru empty. When several inside started complaining they started making ours again out of order. The 2 ladies that ordered last got there food first, then the 2 in our group again out of order from who ordered first. They asked to see my receipts which tells me they cleared it off the screen to make their time look good. We did not receive our food until 30 mins after the order time on the receipt. And to make it worse they completely messed up the order getting every thing wrong. The quesadillas were not cut and several of our groups food didn't even have meat in it was cold. I will never stop at this location again because they were so unprofessional. Me and my friends went here for dinner tonight. We all placed our orders as online pick up cause we all paid separately and figured that would be the easiest way. I was missing things out of my order and so was one of my friends. For my friend’s order, she was missing her sauce. When we finally got her sauce, the cup was basically empty. When I saw it was basically empty and nicely asked the lady if she could have more in it cuz she paid 1.40$ for two creamy jalapeño sauce. before I could tell her what was missing on my order, the worker said “that’s all we have” and rolled her eyes and walked away. I waited patiently at the counter for her to come back and told her what was wrong with my order. She ignored me and told a different worker to come talk to me. I stayed polite the whole time and explained to the lady that I was missing things out of my order and what was wrong with my friends order. She nicely fixed them, and forwarded to me that they’re not allowed to give us much sauce. I’ve ordered here multiple times with only little issues like missing sauce packets, this was my first time actually going in the store. Customer service is terrible here!!! Pulled up to the drive through in the storming weather. Sat at the window for a minute and a half while the cashier ignored us. Once she got to us and got the payment she then asked us to BACK UP and then pull forward again to reset her time that she initially messed up on her own by ignoring us at the window when we first pulled up to it so we declined to back up and she then sent her aggressive manager to the window that told us he would not serve us if we did not back up so we asked for our money back. We finally received our food after being in a back and forth with at least 3 different employees about why we didn’t want to back up to begin with. Once the food was received we asked for our sauce because there wasn’t any in the bag and one employee told us we weren’t going to get any and we asked for another refund if that was the case and they then decided to give us sauces.
