Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Richland

ZERO stars should be given to this horrible location. Twice now i have gone to this Popeyes and left without my food. The first time, i was about to be charged more for single items than a bundle that i REPEATEDLY told them i wanted. The staff are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs. Please find a job you don’t treat your customers the way you do there. The second time, i placed an order on the mobile app. It took me 30 minutes to even get to the restaurant, then I was asked to pull forward. After sitting in the parking lot an additional 20 minutes and watching multiple cars that pulled up after me get their food, i went inside to request a refund. Once again the staff were extremely rude and refused any kind of help other than to tell me to contact support in the app to request a refund. I will not be back…. And neither should you because this is the worst...

No stars! This is beyond horrible! Days old nasty chicken, didn’t have four of the foods i was wanting. The order was wrong. Had to go back 3 times and still had my order wrong. Rice was and hard. I should’ve brought the whole order back inside an got my money back. Because out of the order for 3 people we only got to eat a biscuit an two apple pies. This is pathetic! If i lived closer i would bring it back because its all getting thrown to the trash! Sad pathetic horrible is not even close to this order. And on top of that horror you wait at least 30 minutes then asked to pull up. Definitely will never waste my money ever again, i will eat from a convenient store before wasted my...

Horrible experience.

Our order was taken in the drive through. After asking if a 6pc wing combo came with a side we got a tremendous amount of attitude and actually talked to a different person on the monitor. Pulled up to the window for our food. Ravien was absolutely rude. Zero customer service at all. Not to mention the fact that they burned the wings and got the sauce wrong for our tenders. But the icing on the cake was the fact that we ordered combos and didn’t even get the drinks they came with. Very disappointed and due to the influx of bad reviews in the past week, we will be escalating this to the corporate office because no one deserves...
