Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Richland

This Gage Blvd location is the worse store I have been to. If you order pizzas at 1 pm to be picked up at 4 pm your pizzas will not be ready. All of the employees were in the back including the manager laughing and carrying on while us customers were waiting for someone to come help us. The floors were wet and slippery the sign was not where anyone would have noticed it, it was in a corner, a couple of us almost slipped. Finally one employee came out, we had to stand there just to make sure we got the toppings we paid for... Usually they skimp you on your toppings. It was just one huge hassle I will not go through again. Next time I will definitely go to one of the other locations,...

She is polite, courteous, friendly and at the same time has a professional demeanor! Who ever was working the counter on 9/13 a little after 6 PM was absolutely stellar. Unfortunately, I couldn’t read the gentleman‘s name tag. But throughout the entire transaction, he seemed happy to be there and not just because he was told to. He happily helped me out with my discount code, Triple checked the amount of money I gave him and gave me a dollar back since I had given him an incorrect amount . 10/10 to that guy and his coworker.
