I normally love Burger King. I've spoken to others concerning the Big Fish sandwich, but lately I've been let down. I, as do others, can not eat certain foods due to health reasons. So, my diet consists of a lot of fish, veggies and fruits. When I received my fish sandwich from Richland MS's Burger King.........It was a horrible experience. The Fish had been burned and obviously by the taste, had been cooked in old grease. I'm very disappointed with the management team. Obviously, they allow the food to be cooked in such a horrible way to reduce food cost. (I used to work at a fast food restaurant) The new Burger King the resides at 5979 Belleville Crossing St, Belleville, IL. serves horrible burned fish on a regular basis. Read moreThis location is more focused on having you to pull forward to maintain a good drive thru time! My order was incorrect. They gave my nuggets to the car that was pulled up in front of me. As I am waiting, I noticed I did not have my drink so I backed up to the window. I advised the lady that I was missing my drink. The manager comes over and asked me “You don’t have a drink?” I said, “I told this other lady that I didn’t get a drink, would you like to search my car?” She made me feel like I was trying to get an extra drink. I waited for nuggets that were like warm when I got them. I get home to open my bag to see that my fries were only half full. Read moreService was slow and the cashier wasn't friendly at all I sat in and eat my lunch and watching the manager on duty handle a customer service issue with a older gentleman she was not helping the matter she was arguing with him about a salad pricing issue and making it look like it was his fault they had the wrong price up. After the gentleman walked away from the counter she was telling other customers he was trying to get over on the cashier. I think she was so unprofessional by telling the other customers it had nothing to do with them. The gentleman went up to get his salad and she was giving him a hard time again about it.
