As of Dec 31st, Claire the manager at this starbucks with Garrett, banned me from that location due to "Too many concessions, or free drinks". I have had a starbucks acct for about 5 years, i have only complained to Corporate 2 times out of the 5 years, 1 last year and 1 this year for this location. I am sorry, but if i am wrong in wanting my drink right for what i pay for, than what is the point in paying if my drink(s) will be made based on how they decide to make it not how I (the customer wants it) i can see if I called and complained each time ok then yes, but I understand and are pretty familiar with business, they lose money each time they re-make a drink. I am not like that. If i want a afoghatto shot on top of my whip and I am paying for it, please give me what i want. Or if they forget to add the coffee in my drink, i will call because I paid for it, its starbucks, its coffee, so if i dont have coffee in my drink than what? I should just stay quiet and let that slide? if thats the case, when we buy anything online and we receive it defective, damaged, or with issues we shouldnt call that store because we will be marked as concession abusers with alot of returns. So beware the next time your coffee is not correct , Claire might ban you from that store. and will have Garrett the messenger tell you that in the drive thru window. Or maybe some managerial skills need to be done, if Claire is not equipped to train starbuck employees and she lets them do whatever they want even if that is not what the customer requested, Maybe That Starbucks needs a new manager that actually cares about their customers, not a starbucks grinch that does not care about we the customers want. You should be able to order what you want how you like it, if not, then businesses sbould ban returns of any sort because that is essentially what Claire has done, is ban me the customer from complaining when her NOT SO WELL TRAINED EMPLOYEES mess up any drinks under her supervision. Or better yet, just order simple coffee with cream and sugar, maybe then, her employees under her supervision were taught properly on how to make simple coffee. The slogan for their location " Coffee is our heart" should be taken down because its false...
Read moreWorst Starbucks in the TC by far. I hate leaving these reviews but I've only had horrible experiences with this store. I go back every few months when it's a convenient location, but I could probably save time by driving to a different one or going inside the one at Target. It isn't the employees fault, as a former partner I'm pretty sure the management is the problem. They're consistently under staffed for what appears to be a very busy store. They seem to have pretty new employees most of the time which would absolutely contribute to how slow the store is. Again, that's a management issue.
You can obviously see going into a store when Starbucks employees love their job. You can also see you when they hate it. And I know from experience that Starbucks can either be a fantastic job where you have a lot of fun even on hard days during the holidays or a nightmare everyday depending on how the it's managed.
I hope the management of the store will be...
Read moreJust a helpful customer service tip, do not rush customers upon arrival. Especially when they make it a point to come inside. Remember, not all customersare regulars. The girl didn'tsmile, I hadn't even walked all the way up to food case, had not made eye contact and wanted to see what food was available. She immediately rushes to ask me what Im Ordering. It made me feel extremely rushed and unwelcome. She failed to acknowledge the first thing I ordered, didn't bother to re confirm my order before reading my total. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. I asked for one after the fact. Realized she forgot the first item, had to go back and re order then still failed to ask if I wanted a receipt for that transaction. AGAIN, NO CUSTOMERS IN LINE, IN SUCH A HURRY. Was not happy about the lack of...
