I have had the privilege of working with the team at Barnard Griffin Winery for several years. Whether it is planning a social event, bridal shower, networking event or just dropping in for a world class meal; the end results are always the same....it's phenomenal! Mark, Hillary, Michael, Kurt and the ENTIRE Barnard Griffin team are a dream to work with. My rooms are always set-up to meet each events needs and every detail is "spot on". Currently I chair a LEARN Networking Group for the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce and use the private banquet room for our twice monthly meetings. It takes a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders to know that not only is the room perfectly set, and that we will have a medley of hand selected items to dine on for lunch. My family and I had my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner at Barnard Griffin in September of 2014.

It took a little while to work out the details, but Lori and staff were accommodating and professional. We rented out the tasting/event room, and it was beautifully decorated.

The event was amazing. The staff members were welcoming and food was exactly what we wanted. Everything was fresh and delicious. They have a great selection of food, wine, and beer.

I didn't get a chance to visit the outdoor patio or the gazebo, but there was live music that night, and everything looked great.

I highly recommend Barnard Griffin for any event (or wine tasting, or just a hang-out place).

Our party of 7 arrived on Fri evening with the excitement and anticipation of eating prime rib. We were immediately told that there were only 4 prime rib dinners left which totally shocked us since we had arrived shortly after 5:00 when it became available. Since there were 7 of us and only 4 dinners, we split them and ordered something else. After waiting for quite awhile for our food, they finally arrived however all 4 dinners were cold and the steaks were quite thin. The restaurant was definitely understaffed and the kitchen was unprepared. Barnard Griffin needs to improve their marketing strategy if their goal is to become a successful venture.
