Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Richland

very poor service. front employee appeared to have no training and struggled to get our order together. We got our order kids meal was fine. Single donut was fine. no problem with food. The coffees were terrible watery. Americno and a mocha. 10$ worth of coffe

The americano was watery did not taste like exspresso was in it. The mocha was milky and seemed to have foam on it . We brought both undrank coffees in and were told the"steam machine" often breaks. and doesnt work right. we asked for a refund and were offered new coffees then a dozen donoughuts. the food of our choice. After several denied rewuest for refund of undran returned coffees we asked for a manager. we were told was in bathroom. minutes later told she was on break . then anther employee came out claiming to be manager and refused refund again. We insisted amd then we were told manager isnt in today come back tommrow and were asked to leave. Next day called spoke with manager who said refund was ready bring orignal payment and she is checking cameras to see who made coffee. I exsplained we paid cash for our 10$ (9 and some change to be exact) coffees and she said cannot refund cash even thou we have reciept for cash. Issue was left unresolved. We has stopped there for the coffees spefically thought we would try it sinceit looked like closest place for coffee. donuts were last minute choice. This whole situation seems like robbery to me as we returned the product and got nothing. in my opionion they are crooks. we have no uae for a dozen donuts in our household and we do not want more bad coffees. The employees were all struggling to get the order and make the coffees to begin with. However they intentionaly kept lying to us and trying to just get us out their hair instead of just r eturning money. In the summer I personaly enjoy thier lemonade. Becuase of this awful service I will not be back to this store...

It was abysmal service. I can’t believe some people can take advantage of someone event timing on the phone. We placed and order for 6 order of mini donuts assorted a week in advance and when it was time for the event they lost our order and offer use 6 order of the original. We told them we order them in advance but the guy on the phone was like “you had to order those in advance” and “ You want them or not!” That is aggressive response in customer service. When I went to pick them up I was expecting them to replace my order with assorted donuts but they only gave me originals all of them. It a party and they still charged me like I order the mini donuts. Not only did they not satisfy my order but they charged me for something I did not order. Abysmal truly abysmal. You have better chance getting cake orders at other place or donut order at your local store instead of this place. If you have an event that need dessert from parties stay clear form this place they will treat your order like it just last minute to go orders. Truly abysmal service and what a rude employee! The only thing that was alright was the lady at the counter was the only nice and sane person who gave me my donuts. She better than who ever...

While I think the store has promise, in my opinion these guys have missed the boat on Krispy Kreme is all about. The workers are extremely courteous, however, you get the feeling they don't want to make the hot donuts. The hot light is seldom on and if fact, one time I came in and they were making the famous hot glazed that melts in your mouth but didn't have the light on. When I asked why, they responded that these donuts were for a fund raiser. Dude, if they sell then make more! Almost every other Krispy Kreme I have been too, the donuts are selling lot hotcakes and the hot donut light is on several times per day advertising the product. While I realize in Washington, it is difficult for the restaurant business to make money because minimum wage is so high, but if you make the hot donuts and turn the light on you will sell more. This means you will make more money. It is a fact. Take a look at the stores in California, west coast of Washington, and in the South. These guys are selling like crazy. I lived in the Atlanta, GA area for almost 2 years and there were two stores close to me within about 13 miles of one another. It seemed like the hot light was always on and Atlanta including the out lying areas...
