update from my most recent visit on 6/14/19
The service at this Wendy's was painfully slow! I placed my order via the app. I checked in when I was close so they'd start preparing my food. At this outdated location, there wasn't a screen inside to show your order status like the app says. I waited in line since there's no pick up area. The employee walked away to pack the previous customer's order after he had taken the order. I was not acknowledged at all. When he was finally done with their order he returned to the register, he didn't greet me or apologize for the wait or anything. I said I placed a mobile order. They then started making my food. What is the point of ordering ahead?! He gave me two cups for my combos at the end when my food was ready because he forgot to give them to me while I was waiting for my food, I could've at least gotten my drinks while I waited. The cups were dirty. I asked another employee to switch the cups and he was very confused by what I asked as if I made a ridiculous request. The restaurant is also generally not well kept and dirty. The fountain drink area is a sticky, wet mess. The napkins/condiments area is also sticky and dirty. I will not visit this Wendy's again. This place is extremely slow no matter if you order at the drive-thru, inside or on the app!!
This is a very busy Wendy's specially when you come late at night since they open late. Service tends to go downhill the later it gets. The last time I was here, past midnight, the person who took my order at the drive-thru messed up my order and I had to explained my order again at the window and waited to get a refund since they charged me for something I didn't want. It was not a complicated order or a big order. The person didn't repeat my order to me and after every single thing I ordered she would just give me my total. I had to keep telling her I wasn't...
   Read moreIf it was possible to give this location a 0 star I would. I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. With 1 car ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to get to the order intercom. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I pulled to the window and told the employee my order and he told me I had to go back around into line. I asked if I could come in he said yes. When I walked in another customer was escalated as he also was waiting forever just to be seen. After waiting inside for 10 minutes they finally greeted me and my order was just sitting there and they handed it to me. Except it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. So I just wasted an hour of my time and didn't get what I ordered, realized after I got home. The short Latino employee is the laziest person I have ever seen. He wasn't working at all he was walking around playing games on his phone and even left the register and went into the lobby to play on his phone. I've seen this guy working at the local planet Fitness and Chipotle, he sucked at those jobs too no wonder he got fired. He's probably the negative energy bringing everyone down I would get rid of him immediately. Everyone else was also just moving in slow motion there was 0 urgency.    Read moreFast food, not this place. First, how do you run out of Chocolate Frosty's before 8pm on a Saturday!? I waited 20 minutes for my order of 2 kids meals with chicken nuggets, a #9 (grilled chicken sandwich combo) a junior bacon cheese burger, small fries and a drink. It must be more complex then one would think...or maybe the "NO REFUND" sign might have something to do with it. Meaning the pace the employees move is quite challenging to that of maple syrup on a cold February day. So after the 20 minute wait and still only receiving the 2 kids meal, I asked for my money back on the remaining menu items. Enter the manager on duty, a young man who quickly pointed out the "NO REFUND" sign. Mind you this is the quickest that any of the employees have moved this whole time. I then had to go into an explanation of what a refund was. I was asking for my money back on the items that I had not received, so there was no refund. At this point the manager had to call the general manager? I myself wondering why the general manager is not at the restaurant on a Saturday night at 8 pm.
