America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Richmond

These nasty people. First let’s address the people speak no English and you can’t understand nothing they’re saying it’s extremely difficult. That leads to miscommunication…… now this place is NASTY DO YOU HERE ME !!!!!!! Let me talk about the open crack deal I seen sitting in my car waiting forever for my food!!! My windows have limo tent there is no seeing in. So as I am waiting I see this man and women looking quite shady ( No pun attended) however they are standing there waiting! Soon after waiting a short time another car pulls up……..the dude proceeds to go into the store get his order then motion for the dude that was standing waiting to come over to the car!!!! Now I am still waiting in the car for my food!!! The dude gets in … the driver proceeds to take out a scale and pull out. A hard white substance and put it on the scale I assumed it was crack!! The driver then pulls away after the dude exists the car. The dude gets back in to the car he was driving with the lady he was waiting with and begins to smoke the substance out of a pipe! So after that I go in and wait (IDK ) why my order is taking so long but at this point I am really uncomfortable for my safety and want my food and leave!!! Waiting inside I watch this guy come out the back with this filthy apron on talking on his cell phone with gloves on😬 he then puts his phone down takes the lid off the gallons of juice and tea they have for self serve touching the rim of the jug with his filthy hands and fill the drinks up. I was totally grossed out at that point and asked for my money back after waiting over 49 min!!!! This place is so nasty and that’s because where in the city it’s located !!!!! Homeless people and crack heads just walk in and fill up there cups to drink with nobody supervising the Lobby… I am dying to see what that kitchen looks like behind that filthy curtain… I will do some more research as so this restaurant inspections because they nasty people hey can’t speak good enough English to convey the message messing your order up and you have to be back at work!!!! You don't go here to get great customer service or enjoy a fine dining establishment. You don't go here to enjoy a sports game whilst drinking a beer with your cohorts. You also don't go here to enjoy great views of what a spectacular city Richmond, Va has become. You go here because the wings are stupid delicious. You go here because the steak and cheese is dripping with grease and is "dank" with flavor. As a native of Washington D.C. and coming here to Richmond. I've searched long and hard for a joint like this that will clog my arteries, and make me feel awful and great at the same time. The prices for the food are unbeatable (see here: Cheesesteak 5 Wing Combo). With all of this being said, I compare this restaraunt to some drink choices. A pint of craft beer will make you feel pretty good. However, drinking too much of it can make you angry. It will also set you back a decent amount of money. A 40oz. of Steel Reserve will make you feel pretty good as well. However, drinking too much of it will have the same effect as the craft beer. Here's the difference. This Americas best wings location is great. They have given me an experience nothing less than perfect. As soon as you walk through the door they have great music to listen to while waiting to place or to pick up your order. The young boy with long hair helped me to navigate the menu for flavor suggestions and also I was shown my food instead of it just being backed up they also asked me if there was any sauces I needed. Every time I am in there they work so hard even when there is maybe one or two orders they never stop working they keep it clean because they clean it up constantly. He also asked me how I was doing said that you didn't know I have my mask on he could see me smiling and told me to keep wearing my smile and made me feel good because the the energy you feel is positive when you come in as well as when you leave.
