Eventually thank God i was given the number to Corp Office where they were more knowledgeable and AGREED majority of the info online for these FRANCHISEES are ONLY geared towards CORP STORES in CERTAIN PARTICIPATING AREAS. It doesnt define which states or zip codes on website.

So please management stop using programs for boosting numbers for more customers to enroll if you arent participating in true REAL MARKETING TO IMPROVE OR CELEBRATE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WITH REWARDS PROGRAMS just to boost your sales or marketing ploy.

Your FAQ on your site clearly defines the program and steps but you dont honor it. Whats the demographics of study in such to exclude one state from others? I hope this isnt racial profiling. Stores are arent technucally incline or adequate to swipe physical rewards cards similiar to gift cards let alone type in phone number to credit account.

Im speaking for both sites Staples Mills and Chamberlyne Road. You be looking if they honor your coupon. If not ask for CORPORATE OFFICE.

After working an 8+ hour shift and strategically scheming and planning as far as Christmas goes I just wanted an easy and a mundane dinner experience. What can I say. I have not a single complaint. Well, except maybe that our for here orders got out in a to go box. However, it made for some hearty giggles and a seamless throwing away process. The service was prompt, thoughtful, and sincere. We got the wrong side in a few dishes. They were immediately swapped out by our server for the correct ones with any fuss or grumbles. We got to sit in the booth we wanted, all of the sauces we incquired about came with the meal, we didn't have to ask for forks or the basics. I ordered a deluxe seafood platter. I feel the food is overpriced for what you get. I expected more for $14-$16. The breaded shrimp and mac is my favorite. I like the cocktail sauce. I don’t like the tatar sauce or breaded fish. I love the fish chips. Nice and salty. The stuffed crab was thanksgiving stuffing with 2 pieces of bell pepper. There was almost no meat in crab shell,just bread and 2 shreds of crab in it and you couldn’t even taste it. The hush puppies were plain,no onions,chives or shallots like traditional hp.
