This location is definitely not worth going to. I placed an online order in which after I paid, they canceled my complete order. I then went to the location, in which only 2 people were there and was not cooking any orders at the time. I asked why did they cancel my order, I was informed that they did so because of no products available to complete not only my order but others as well. I called corporate the next day informing them of my situation as to the employees that were there stated I would receive a refund. Today, being a week after that, I was called a day prior from management stating that I would receive a 30 dollar credit. I went to location to explain my situation and was given a credit. What I then placed an order for I didn't receive. I placed an order for a large extravaganza and 8 buffalo wings with 3 ranch dips. I waited and when I returned to the store, I was asked about what my order was, I informed them that I wanted a hand toss or pan extravaganza pizza. When I said that, the pizza that immediately came out was a thin crust pizza. I told them that was not what I ordered, but a pan or hand tossed pizza but they disputed with me an said it was a hand tossed pizza when I knew it wasn't. It was clearly a thin crust pizza. I was aggravated and took it and left. This location has lost me as a customer as well as others I work with. I'm a disabled vet and expect to get what I paid for. Please save your money and go to a different dominos location, as the staff here is rude, and apparently either don’t care to do the job right or aren’t trained to do it. The pizza took almost two hours to deliver, and when it was finally delivered, it was cold. I called to tell them it was late before it arrived, and was put on hold for 5 minutes. The girl that came to the phone spoke so fast and incoherently I couldn’t understand her, and gave me useless info about the deliver having a certain number of deliveries, but no estimate on when mine would arrive. After I received the cold pizza I called again and got a man who REALLY spoke incoherently and didn’t seem to even have the phone in range of his mouth, and he put me on hold after I told him the issue. Then he came back after leaving me on hold for over 5 minutes again and acted like he didn’t remember who I was. Then, he put me on hold AGAIN, and I gave up. Read moreIt takes a very big person to admit when they are wrong. What started out as a very negative ordering/delivery experience was changed by the actions of a store employee. We ordered at roughly 3:15 pm, and never received our food. After over three hours and multiple calls to the store out of frustration, where they insisted they delivered food to the house, the conversation admittedly was heated. We were promised a refund, but the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, which was reflected on the customer survey I left. About 45 minutes later, the doorbell rang, and a driver was outside with our food. She apologized, and admitted that on review, she has put the wrong address into her GPS and delivered to the wrong home. This was pretty much resolved with a refund, but the effort she took to make sure we actually got the order, and to admit her mistake was huge. She was profusely apologetic.
