KFC — Restaurant in Richmond

Wish I could give no stars.. Rude service, had to wait 15 minutes (no line included) for sauces and sporks. They messed up our order (twice). Waited an extra 20 minutes for our food to be "redone". Turns out they heated it up in a microwave. Chicken was "moosh", not crunchy. LJS fish and chicken was undercooked. KFC popcorn chicken was dry and overcooked (felt like I was chewing on pebbles). Indian guy who was cooking sat in the back in front of the fryer kept yelling at the cashier at the top of his lungs. The small cashier woman seemed to hate her job and ignored everyone - also came out with an attitude. The inside was empty, except for a young girl who's mother worked there. Without a single thought, she walked in and out of the kitchen until her mother got off work. No washed hands. No hair nets. Tables were sticky, unclean and unsanitary. The walls also had what seemed to be butter and/or syrup smeared on them where we sat. Don't get me started on the bathroom I used..

It really is ZERO stars!!! But I cant get my review posted without tapping at least one star. Just once I'd like to go to KFC and NOT have my order messed up. I always check my order before I leave now. I've learned the hard way -- previously, I'd get all the way home and something I was charged for would be missing or wrong. An 8 piece bucket should have 8 pieces. It's not hard. Today's visit was no different. My 2 sides were missing. When I questioned the cashier about the mistake, she blamed it on me. What ever happened to "The customer is always right"? Beside that, the bathrooms were messy and smelly. Two of three toilets were plugged or simply not flushed recently. Seat covers littered the floor and there was no TP. When I returned the key to the manager, I told him the bathrooms need some attention, he just grunted. So yeah, no...

I just came a few minutes ago to eat with my family and everything is going well until this woman comes in and starts yelling and cursing at the workers, I can understand if they had made a mistake, but I'm sure they could have fixed it. This woman was so enraged that she continued to curse and call the employees horrible names, and she even threw the food at the employee who was assisting her. This is harassment, and she is with a child… I mean, how can you not feel ashamed? These employees are unable to do anything but remain silent in order to save their...
