I went through the drive through solely for breaking a $20 bill. An employee came over the radio and said the drive through was down and to come inside. I go inside and no one is at the register. I order a small fries and a small sprite to go at the touch kiosk with the option to pay cash at the register. It printed a blank piece of paper for a receipt. I wait and wait. After 8 minutes I flag an employee down to take my payment. I give her $20, then she opens the register and has two $20 bills and $1 bill. Then she says she needs to go get change and left with the $20 bill. Then she closes the register and runs away. Then 5 minutes go by and another employee asks why I’m standing there. I said well I’m waiting on change. She says who took your order? I said I don’t know an employee with a gray shirt. She said there is no other employee up here except me and another employee that walked up next to her. I said there was another woman with a gray shirt. She said don’t nobody have a red shirt. Then I said no a gray shirt. The two looked at me like I was crazy and went to the kitchen then came back with a woman with a red McDonalds shirt and said this is the only person with a red shirt. I told them “I said a woman with a gray shirt!” They all looked at me crazy. By that point it had been almost 20 minutes since I first went through the drive through. Then the woman with my $20 bill came back and they all asked her where she was and were like “Oh, yeah, you meant her?” Needless to say, the restaurant was so inefficient, and employees were confrontational and rude with me and accused me of making up a story, when all the while I ordered, gave them $20, and never received change, a receipt, or my meal but was pressured by staff to prove what I was saying. The most bizarre experiences in any fast food restaurant in my entire life. I will never go here again, and I recommend that no one else...

Then fire everyone starting with the management. They have been for years consistently bad at morning, lunch and dinner. And the worst part of it is for years I have continued going back trying again and again thinking it has to be better this time. If possible it gets worse!!! I drove there one morning when just the drive-thru was open and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. The cashier told me she had washed the grill and wanted to know if I could wait 10 minutes for the next shift to come in as not to have to clean the grill again.😳🙄 I ordered another item then wanting to use my debit card and was told I can only use cash and to go to the ATM and come back! However when I came inside to pick up my item, I was rudely and loudly informed "We Don't Have None" and stared at. No offer of solution, no suggestions on what could be substituted and no offer of refund. When I asked what they suggested we do, literally they walked away to pack other orders. While repeating "We Don't Have None" over there shoulder. I have already paid, I'm willing to take a substitute however I'm not willing to be treated rudely for something that is neither of our faults. The location was filthy, messy kitchen with food, packaging and grease everywhere. The employees stand in a group doing very little other than seeming to panic at the lunch rush. A tall older gentleman with an accent and dressed nicer than most other employees came in with a large bundle of money. He directed someone to at least address me and offer a substitution or refund.
