PaperMoon Gentlemen's Club — Restaurant in Richmond

Dropped in from out of town on a business trip. Granted they stated some people didn't come in so the manager was busy being a jack of all trades. So drinks were slow coming. There were a few girls but none were worthy of saying go to "PAPERMOON". They utilize the money exchange system. I am not a fan of handing over real dollars for monopoly money, especially when it's all ones. But maybe this is a virginia thing. I wanna give a shoutout to Penelope, she was amazing! First she is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and super talented! My brother and me attended the club on saturday 9-07-24 we both enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service with the 2 ladies there at the earliest time we're very nice and polite.
