Hi so first I just wanted to say I’m a first responder and I was working yesterday , myself and the crew went into Papa John’s to order pizza towards the end of the night after running calls and helping people all day. We have never been so mistreated in our lives. This worker that had the short hair she was so snotty and rude and obviously did not want to be. I can not stand entitled brats, I feel you’re being paid to do a job and represent a company you do it in a professional manner. You don’t have to like the people who come in, but you still show them respect. This was on. 7-8-23 just in case you wanted to look in on this person it was 10 o’clock this girl needs to find a different job or learn how to communicate with customers, she was completely rude and made our pizzas so horribly we did not even end up eating them. I’m also a business owner in the small town of Ridgecrest I have multiple businesses here and would be so upset if I learned that one of my employees treated a customer Like this. So just so you know I will never step foot in that place again and I will let everyone I know what happened not just in town but on social media, and pray that they don’t go there either. Train your employees better or get...
Read moreI’ve given this Papa John’s a few chances over the past year, and unfortunately, it’s been mostly disappointing. The pizza isn’t terrible—it’s edible and sometimes hits the spot if you’re really craving it—but the service and consistency are where things fall apart.
Last time I ordered, it took over 90 minutes for a basic pizza and breadsticks to arrive, and when it finally did, everything was lukewarm. The crust was hard on the edges and undercooked in the middle, and the toppings were carelessly thrown on. The breadsticks were dry and came with no dipping sauce, even though I paid for one. It’s not the first time something was missing from my order either.
When I called to ask about the delay and the missing item, the staff wasn’t rude, but they also didn’t seem interested in helping. No apology, no offer to fix it—just kind of brushed it off.
I will say that I’ve had one or two decent experiences in the past, which is why this is getting two stars instead of one. But between the delivery delays, inconsistent food quality, and customer service that feels like an afterthought, it’s hard to recommend. If you’re desperate for pizza, maybe… but there are definitely better spots...
Read moreSo disappointed in the service I received. I have worked for this company and know what corporate expects. I wanted to order via the app, it wouldn't accept the local bargain card. I called to ask for clarification ( if it was honored on line)upon calling, No human voice answering the phone, I was put on hold immediately, the reception was awful and the recording could barely be heard. I drove to the shop, when I let the owner know I had been on hold for 18 minutes and what I was listening to the whole time, she didn't care. I understand many orders may come from online and the app, the store had employees walking around that could have taken an order or let a customer know that someone would be right with them. I was informed the wait time would be an hour when I began to order. After trying to order for 45 minutes between the app and the phone, I took my...
