360 Bar — Restaurant in Ridgefield

We've ordered from this place twice and have been disappointed. The first was a delivery to us and they messed up our order big time and we were waiting for an hour for it (we live 5 minutes away). They offered no compensation and didn't seem that concerned about the mishap. The second order was take-out and our burgers were well-done when we asked for pink and there was sauce on top of our burger buns. . . That's a new one for us. The burgers were also sloppily thrown into the take out containers. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $18 A BURGER! We might give them another chance and get something besides burgers. So far the only thing we've liked is their waffle fries and onion rings which are really good. We'll probably try their shakes later but I don't think we'll get burgers again. So much for 360 "Burgers". . .

Edit The manager contacted me and explained the delivery service being the most likely reason for the first order's problems so be aware if you're going to order through MyTown2Go. She was very kind and apologized for the condition of our meals last night and is making it up to us. I would recommend them for their customer service alone. Yeah it’s was kinda terrible. I guess when Black people stand in line to wait for a drink. It’s okay to skip over them to serve White guys until the White guys say” He was waiting before us you should serve him” Then your reply was oh it’s no line I serve who comes up but it’s clearly a sign that says “Line Starts here” basically after I saw you serve the 6 people in line before me.
