Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I walked by this restaurant and asked for a menu and what time it closed. The woman in the picture told me they stop taking takeout orders in about an hour and ten minutes at 2:30 a.m. and close dining at 3. I went to order at 2:29 Kaytlin (pictured) told me no she wasn’t taking orders and I couldn’t get food. I walked away and sat down then looked at the clock and it was just turning 2:31 so I went back to her and said I asked you at 2:29 you told me 2:30, why can’t I order? She said no I can’t. Completely short. No explanation. I probably wouldn’t of been so bothered if people weren’t still in the restaurant and she wasn’t handing orders out. I thought it was extremely rude to do to while people were still in the restaurant, food was still being handed out take out and cooks were on the line cooking. I really wanted to try the food as I’ve never eaten real ramen or yakisoba and this woman downright refused to let me eat there or order food. The section closed a half hour before closing time which is also pictured. What’s the point of having hours set if your employees don’t want to take an order because their busy and want to hurry up and get out of there. Unless a manager contacts me to make this right, this review will stay up and I will have my husband and sons right a review as well. I’m very disappointed. My husband I are frequent visitors of Ilani and we come to eat dinner quite often. I own a business and I would never allow my employees to treat any of my customers or potential customers the way she did. It was extremely unfair and inconsistent. Hours are set for a reason. If your not gonna serve people at 2:29 then say that.

Had sushi on this visit for lunch. Atmosphere was a bit sparse as the small dining room sucks in the casino sounds. Would consider the cuisine more Asian inspired rather than traditional, but the taste was a degree above traditional casino food. Ordered the Ilani roll and the dragon roll. Both were presented very well as shown in the pictures, and the fish tasted fresh. Since both were specialty rolls with sauces on top, I did not really dip them in soy sauce. Both rolls were rather neutral in flavor and did require a soy dip. Had good flavor similar to a medium level sushi restaurant. Skip the vegetable tempura. Although it was crunchy, the batter was more like an onion ring batter rather than a light tempura crunch batter and for the price should have more Asian vegetables rather than salad ingredients. They use Smith tea presented in a nice teapot which is nice but gave me a bar mug instead of a teacup. Cmon!! Where’s the consistency? My chopsticks have dried green stuff on it which I scraped off before use. That certainly lowered the experience. If you’re at the casino and have a sushi fix, this will suffice definitely. Not really worth coming just for the restaurant as quality and atmosphere do not rival a regular sushi restaurant.

The restaurant itself looks amazing! The food is a bit expensive but not definitely not worth the $$$… Food takes a while to come out but that’s okay. I ordered the Pork Fried Rice and I asked for it to be spicy, but it came out not spicy at all, and the fried rice was on the soggy side, I don’t think they used leftover rice for fried rice, and anyone who knows good fried rice should use day old rice :/ the taste of the fried rice was very bland, it was basically eating plain rice and chopped broccoli, not worth $20+ We also ordered the Salmon Tuna Salmon roll, taste okay but then again not worth $18+ the roll is big but I thought that it was made sloppy, it was literally leaning towards the one side on the plate, I have a couple of experiences in making sushi… We also ordered the Bao which was $9+ that was actually pretty decent :/ best thing from this dinner was the water… one of the best tasting water I have drank in my lifetime. Overall: 1.2/5 Food: 1/5 Price: 1.5/5 Service: 2/5 they were giving my brother weird looks, not nice Place: 4/5 Actually looks cool :) *Sorry for the bad quality pictures, We were hungry and didn’t expected the food to be that bad…

The sushi here is amazing. The wait time and customer service is not. I would not recommend eating here unless you have TIME. The wait for dine in on a busy night is usually 1.5hrs and for take out can be as long as two hours… which i find ridiculous.

My friend and i were staying at the hotel with our kids and decided to order takeout for them for dinner. We finished our take out order at 7:40pm and i asked the waitress if it would be about an hour and a half wait for it to be done, she told me it would be done in 40 min so my friend and i went to gamble while we waiting for food which was perfect.

40 minutes go by so i go back to check on the food. The same girl I took our order told me they were finishing up something really quick and to come back in 15 minutes. So I went to gamble a little bit more, I came back in 15 minutes. When I came back she told me that they were almost done and to come back in another 15 minutes. So what did I do? I came back in 15 minutes and they still were not done and she said they’ll be done in about 15 minutes. How does 15 minutes turn into 45 minutes…? I was getting impatient at this point and frustrated because not only was I starving, but our kids were starving.

We finally got our food at 9:45pm. Took it upstairs to the kids in the hotel room and I noticed that my order of Salmon Nigiri was not in the food bag. So of course I go downstairs and complain that my food order was missing. She said that she will have the cooks make it really quick and gave it to me and included one extra order of Nigiri. **SIDE NOTE: if you plan to order nigiri, it comes as one piece instead of two.

At that point I just asked her if she could comp the order of Nigiri and take it off of our tab. We also used our reward points to pay for the food so it should have been easy for her to refund it back onto our account. She “comped” my sushi and then took it back. in my opinion, comping my sushi for having me and my kids wait two hours for our food order was at least she could do. But instead, she took my sushi back and said that I could get a free dessert from the...

The food at long house is great… it’s well presented and tastes good. However the service yesterday evening was beyond me. We were seated fairly quickly by the host and server after she pretended we weren’t standing right in front of her for about 3 mins. Then the blond host takes us back after we requested to sit at the bar, she then says “yes you can sit there I just need to wipe it down”. She throws the menus on the table beside us and continues over to walk behind the bar and help other guests and chat with her friends and the sushi chefs. Then after awkwardly waiting in this small cramped isle someone comes over and wipes the table, we sit and our server takes our order. There was a couple of us, and while we got all of our food within a good amount of time, we kept waiting for my husbands plate. They would walk by again and again, his still waiting for his food… and for some reason had an obsession with all gathering together by the window/ behind the bar at the end and chatting. After I’m all finished my my plate she comes over asking if he had gotten it, to which he replied no. She brings it back after walking back and forth a couple more times to which I ask her again if it’s coming, she hands it to us and says they forgot it. Let me say this too that we were not demanding, we were always saying thank you and we know how hard it can be! But their attitudes were completely un called for. This was at around 8-9pm… they don’t close till...
