VIP Lounge — Restaurant in Ridgefield

I have been a VIP ascend member for a couple years now. I love when I come into the VIP lounge and see my two favorite bartenders, Nick and Daydra!! They're always so welcoming and professional even more then that they make you feel like they care about you by remembering our names, drinks and never in a rush. They’re part of the reason we enjoy coming back to the casino. I love the high limit slot area and that it’s so close to the VIP lounge. Me and my husband have stayed in the hotel recommend the casino and restaurants to all our friends and family! Absolutely 5 stars for the lounge and the bar staff...

The VIP lounge is not the same as before Covid. You use to get good food. Now when you go in it’s a really strange food handout. Mashed potatoes with shrimp? Rolls and no butter? Roast dips and no horse radish sauce. Had to ask for forks because they were out. They use to have awesome food. Not very organized and when I’m in there a lot of people talk about it’s not very pleasant anymore and the food is horrible compared to what it use to be. Love the VIP LOUNGE! awesome buffet everyday and the theme changes daily reguarding the food served at the buffet. Also get free drinks there of any sort and 30% off alcoholic beverages!
