So tonight we stopped in to play some games because it's my birthday and we just wanted to do something fun on our way out we decided to grab a hamburger and some fries before we left there were a couple of girls standing around talking we finally get up the girl at the register says how can we help you and we asked what the difference of regular fry and smash fries are because I've never heard it she's like oh it has garlic rosemary and olive oil on it kind of roll her eyes and we said okay My husband orders the All American single patty and we order an order of smash fries he asked for it to please be cut in half since we're driving home The girl asked us if there was anything else we said no I went to pay and I gave her $100 bill this girl literally treated us like we had just made this damn money she looks at it looks at us mind you my husband is African American and I'm native American she takes a pin draws on it holds it up to the light put it in a machine feeling it looking at us then givesn us the change My husband felt really out of place like why did you just do all of that in front of all these customers we literally just got this $100 bill from the casino I understand there's fake money going around and you have to check your money but to go to that extreme is very humiliating and embarrassing then we get our food our food is cold the fries are upside down in the bag like it was just thrown in the bag granted we only spent $14 but still we could have went to any of the other little food places over there in next time that's what we will do we have the receipt so we can prove that we were there it is just not okay to be treated like that especially when we watch them take other money and not check like they did us. I guess we will just have to find a new casino to go to at this point. And also to top all of this off they didn't even cut our hamburger in half like we asked so apparently customers don't matter at all we will not recommend this place to anyone for the rude service, the cold food we got and it even asked for our hamburger to be cut in half to you it might not matter or a.big deal but if it had been were we work trust us our company our boss would have a big problem with it but like we say we're only one customer so it won't affect you much but maybe people seeing these reviews it might start helping. People understand how to give good...

Opting for the classic Smash Burger single, I indulged in a masterpiece of flavors—a juicy Certified Angus Beef patty topped with American cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, tangy red onions, pickles, and the delectable Smash Sauce, all sandwiched between a perfectly toasted bun. Each bite was a symphony of savory goodness that exceeded my expectations.
Accompanying this culinary delight were the renowned Smash Tots, a true sensation for the taste buds. These golden-brown tots, expertly seasoned with a blend of rosemary, garlic, and olive oil, showcased a delightful crunch and an enticing aroma that added an extra dimension to my meal.
Seating within the spacious food court of the casino offered ample room for comfort, creating an environment that allowed me to savor every bite in a relaxed setting. The staff at Smashburger were notably friendly and provided swift service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Considering the reasonable prices, Smashburger offers exceptional value for the quality of the food and service provided. While I regret not capturing any photos to visually showcase my experience, my voracious appetite and eagerness to savor the flavorful creations took precedence.
In conclusion, Smashburger continues to impress with its consistently delicious offerings and excellent service. The classic Smash Burger and the tantalizing Smash Tots are a testament to the culinary expertise and attention to detail exhibited by the establishment. If you find yourself craving a satisfying burger experience, I wholeheartedly recommend giving...
Read moreIf I could give a negative 1 for the service I received, I would. The girl that took my order was rude, abrasive, impatient and basically wrote me off, and she is not a newbie. I've dealt more than once with her unhappiness and disrespect. I ordered 2 specific burgers made the same exact way, mayo on the bun, cheese, the burger and thats it. After explaining my order to her, she waved me off, literally, and said "I got it, you don't need to do that. This gets so bad. She gets transferred back to cook, makes my order COMPLETELY wrong. She attempts to take the pickles off, realized it was to-go, I read her lips, she then shoved the other burger up on top and called my number, 48. A long story even longer, I checked my order, told her it was wrong after she waved me off. She lied that it wasn't her. Maybe you're busy enough, or making enough money that you will allow this treatment of a continuously paying customer. I will not be returning. Hopefully you find it within your morals to get rid of this detriment to your restaurant. Im sure you have cameras you can check. If she lies to a customer that observed what she was doing, will she steal from you too? One huge key to this, is DO NOT say it is a to go order. Who knows what the...
